Hi! We need help bc we are confused on how to apply for SSN. We are here in CALIFORNIA we got married 1 week after i arrived here. We went to the social security officer but he looked confused on what procedure to take bc we have a k1 visa so he asked us to wait or come back. Then the second time we went back we are already married so the officer said that we need to report first to the immigration apply for change of status then once everything is ok come back to the social security office to apply for the number and which by the way applying for a change of status will take a while so we are hoping that maybe even if we are already married is there a

Way that they can process my SSN? We need your help guys bc it is hard to have anything done without the SSN. The people in our SS office looks either confuse or don't really have no idea. We want to hear from you guys before my 1-94 expires. Salamat.

Hi i just want to know if it's advisable to resign before the interview? My interview date is jan6,2014.. I would to enjoy my holidays with the family. I work at a hospital and we have to work during christmas and new year.. And i don't want that. But since my interview date is still next year i am torned whether or not to resign or not? Ds-160 asked for the info of employer that why i ak having trouble on deciding? Pls help me.

Hi everyone! I was trying to schedule for An interview online but it says no available interview schedule. It has been 26hrs since i paid to BPI. I tried calling the embassy too but they say there are no availbale slots for nov and that i should just try to call on December. Does that mean i won't be able to schedule for an interview this year. Or is here a high posibility that December scheduling is just close for the moment and i will be able to schedule soon. Is anyone waiting too? Thanks
