    The Embassy accepted my sister inlaws case for expedition yesterday. NVC forwarded her file to the embassy. So the embassy is working. But I guess special cases.

    Ambassador Matthew H. Tueller assumed his responsibilities as Chief of Mission in Sanaa, Yemen on May 27, 2014. He was sworn in as U.S. Ambassador to Yemen by Secretary of State John Kerry on May 8, 2014.
    Ambassador Tueller, of the State of Utah, is a career member of the Senior Foreign Service. His other overseas assignments have included Ambassador to Kuwait, Deputy Chief of Mission at Embassy Cairo; Political Minister Counselor at Embassy Baghdad; Deputy Chief of Mission at Embassy Kuwait; Political Counselor at Embassy Riyadh; Chief of the U.S. Office in Aden, Yemen; Deputy Chief of Mission at Embassy Doha; Political Officer at Embassy London; and Political Officer and Consular Officer at Embassy Amman. His Washington assignments have included Deputy Director in the Office of Northern Gulf Affairs and Egypt Desk Officer.
    Ambassador Tueller holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University and a M.P.P. from Harvard Universitys John F. Kennedy School of Government. He is married to DeNeece Gurney of Provo, Utah and together they have five children.

    So I guess with a new Ambassador the embassy is back to working.

    First of all this topic is about interviews in Sana'a and Sana'a is in Yemen and Yemen is a Arabic country if you didn't know that,and secondly what are you doing reading this topic if you aren't from Yemen and you already received your visa and are already in the States and finally a friendly reminder some people aren't as lucky as some people and know how to read and write perfect English so sometimes they need to reply in Arabic.

    dam sorry to hear ur going threw this to. i guess maybe cuz the father is in ap they might want to put ur kids cases in ap as well . they might want to finish ur case all at once and not one then the other. thats just my opinion inshallah they give everyone in AP espacially the ones in may like us appointments and everyone else . sometimes i try ignoring the fact that we still have to wait but it gets worst over time
