I had the same situation with you. I called NVC to ask for my case # and the lady on the line reply it will take them 30 days to assign it. Finally, it took me another 16 days to receive my NVC case # in another email with a letter attached stating that I should not sell my property...blah blah blah.

For my case asking on a eligible birth cert, it took USCIS for 2 weeks before it change to RFE review(mailed from HK). Another 5 days was took to approve my I-130. So hopefully, u will be hear your case update soon!

What is F4? Is that petition for siblings ? and it only takes two months for your I-130 to be approved?

Yes, F4 is the category for petition a sibling. My priority date is Nov 26,2013 and I just got my approval from USCIS California Center on Jan 29, 2014. There will be a long way to go before my case with process in the NVC.

It took 2 months for my F4 approval in USCIS. I believe it will take me at least 10-12 yrs until NVC contact me about my case. Luckily I don't have any kids or they may age out due to the early approval in USCIS
