I'm applying for a B2 visa next week, Argentine citizenship, overstayed by 3 months my VWP back in 2001 (I was 17 back then, I loved skying and concerts and stayed there until I started College!) where I departed the US by myself to start college here, currently employed by the Gov. with a high salary job, said yes on DS-160 for being arrested/charged altho the case was dismissed and charges dropped for gun possession, got a Jury letter saying everythings clean, and a H1B denied back in 2002 after I came back from the US because I was too young and had no college degree.
Chances for a B2 are good? Considering H1B should not interefere with visitor visas, got NO criminal record but WAS arrested, only thing I see here is the VWP overstay which happened 12 years ago, got a pretty decent job now (5K USD/Month)
