good day everyone! Guys I have a question...in I-129f application form there's a questions there about criminal records my f worrying about it coz he has a previous misdemeanor cases related alcohol but he never been convicted....such as, drinking at underage when he was 19yo... reckless driving yr 2000... Serving alcohol to minors in yr 2004 and he has an ongoing DUI case (driving under alcohol) ...do you think guys our petition would be fine? Thanks in advance to those who will answers my question..

Yes it is permanent. I actually have two jobs. Both permanent. I didn't make enough money with just the one job, but the second job puts me ahead of the poverty line quite a bit. So I should just save my pay stubs and when the affidavit of support is needed, I should have around 6 months of stubs. I was also curious if the w2 from last year would hurt my chances. Thanks

I don't make enough over the poverty line on my tax returns , but with my new job, I make over the minimum...do you think guys we could start our petition now or we should wait after 6 months to keep the pay stubs before we start? Thank you and advance
