From what I understand, any document with an expiration date is valid up to the day it expires. As such, I believe you have from today up to the expiration date in December 2014 that is listed in your passport. If your AoS submission is done before the passport expires, then that should be good enough.
Sending a G-325A with copy of spouse's signature

Hello,
My spouse is in Jamaica and I will be petitioning for her from the US. I was wondering if I can send in the G-325A form (along with the I-130 and required information and fee) that she copied in a .pdf file with her signature already on it with my notation near her signature that she would be signing in person at the consulate. Has anyone done this and if so what was the reaction if any from the USCIS?
