  1. Hello,

I am a US Citizen, and I would like to bring my mom to visit me here in US. She has never been to US. Can you please advise me of the correct paperwork I need to send her (or she will need from me)? Also if possible, what she needs as well to have a good chance of getting a visa.

    Thank you

  2. Hello, can somebody please help me with this question regarding filling out the I-751. I have have two children who are both US citizens. Both of them were born here. One is living with my ex, she is a US citizen. One is with me and my current wife who she is applying to remove the conditional green card. Whe we are filling out the form, it asks in Part 5 information about children. Do I need to list any of my two children? I keep reading some people saying yes include all your children even they are US citizens and were born here. Some people saying no. I am very confused. What is the answer? Help please

  3. I am feeling out the DS-260, there are couple of questions needing help with. One is about if my spouse had all the vaccinations in accordance to US law..., what should I answer? She had vaccinations when she was a baby, but don't know if they are in accordance with US law.

Second about social security card, should I say yes I want her to receive one or no?

There is also the question about work when she gets to US she will work or no? what is the best answer.

    Thanks

  4. Hello,

First, my best wishes to every applicant in VJ. I have couple of questions regarding Affidavit of support. I am a US citizen and applying for my spouse who is still in her country. When I am filling out the AOS form, there is the part 5 that talks about household size, do I count my son who is living with my ex?

Is there any source online that help step by step/ direction with filling out the form?

    Thanks

  5. Hello all,

I feel sorry for all of us who have applied in a legal way and following all the USCIS terms. To you all, please hang in there, call your representatives (not one all), share your stories with others in community etc. That is how things can change. There is no fairness in this system. Some people got their cases approved in 19 days, some 28 days, some 40+... Us takng well over 6 months and others worse over 9 monthe just USCIS part.

Wish best to all of us.
