My case has recently been sent from the NVC to the Embassy in London, I remember reading here somewhere I can book my medical already but I have no idea how to do this! I don't wanna wait for the Embassy to send me the stuff to do it, I'm really impatient and want to get it over with. Can anyone give me a link or a explanation how to do this? Thanks a lot guys,
Pete
Oh BTW we've filed for CR-1.

I'm expecting an interview with the London Consulate in about August/September time, but my 2 year anniversary will be on the 17th December. If I enter the US after my 2 year ann. will I get IR-1 or CR-1?

It's a bit touch and go this topic. You can still enter the US but the chances of you being denied are much greater. This is simply for having a greater chance of 'immigrant intent'. You may get in, you may not. My advice is just don't give too much information, but don't lie of course! Good luck.

Those crazy English, just can't behave themselves like there northern neighbours. just joking.
You will more than likely have to file I-601 waiver. It shouldn't be too hard as he has had a good record of recent, though you will have to prove hardship on the USC's side. You'll be ok.

No you'll be fine. Got this from the UK IND website -
Yes, you need a Direct Airside Transit (DAT) visa, unless you qualify for exemption because you hold one of the following:a valid visa for entry to Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States of America and a valid airline ticket for travel via the United Kingdom as part of a journey from another country or territory to the country in respect of which the visa is held;
