Finally I talked to the representativ. But she told me that The visa is still not available for my case. The current cutoff date is Sept 1st while mine is Sept 12. I asked her how come others cases who have PD in sept got their interview date and she told me she only support to answer my case. . So sad. ???. Hope that I'll got interview letter soon

Have you tried calling nvc using magic jack? I think it is easier for us who is in the PH to call than those who are in the US. I called yesterday and I just waited 30 mins to know my interview date.

Congratulations and thank you for updating, we are certain the next VB would advance upto 01 Sept,2013. Please Early September fliers : jit8187, shadowflex, newlywed13, bloomfield ( & other i do not know on this forum) Kindly call as soon as NVC opens and update us incase you have not received anything from NVC. Good Luck to us all.

My PD is 09.09.12 but I thing it is not relevant to my PD. I just call them and the lady sad ''Your case is still waiting for interview date to schedule.

hi everyone! my husband called NVC last March 3, 2014 and they told him i am now CASE COMPLETE last week. meaning last week of February! i am hoping for IL soon...God bless us all!!! lets keep on praying and hoping and waiting.

Hi call nvc first and verify, and if they confirm that it is a false checklist, then you can just ignore it.

hi everyone! WHAT to do with a false checklist??? i believe it is so because the thing they are asking was submitted long ago (I864) it was received in NVC last january as per fedex tracking...do i need to respond to this?

I just called the NVC and found out that my case was complete last FEB 12, 2014. And currently waiting for the Interview letter. how many months does it usually take? Hope we can update each other ) see you online guys )
