Passport received today. Took exactly three weeks to process from the time I sent the application. Now waiting for my Naturalization Certificate. Feels good to get this done........finally. Vacation time now.................

One question guys, I need to make an emergency trip to my home country and will be there for about a week, Im still in queue waiting to be scheduled for oath for two weeks now since my interview was approved. Should I call USCIS and ask them? Who knows where I can check for oath ceremony schedule in Tennessee, either Memphis or Knoxville? Thanks y'all.

You can travel with your green card.

I was scheduled for the oath ceremony in the town where I live, not where I had my interview.

Should I go to DMV and apply for the NH license (It won't be here for my interview) or take my NY license with me (better than having no photo id?)

Yes, you should apply for a new driver's license. There is nothing wrong with a temporary driver's license. That is a still state issued photo ID.

Quick question - I received the yellow letter and it only asks that I bring my driver's license - which feels a little light for me. Should I bring anything else, just in case?

Same goes for my wife...

It seems that the yellow letter with a driver's license question is somehow related to traffic tickets (?), or maybe they want to see that as a proof of residency in the state.

So after 1 year and 3 months I had my interview with my wife today...

Appointment was at 8:30am at the Oakland Park, FL office. We arrived there around 8:00am and couldn't check-in till 8:15. So the wait began. At 9:15 my name was finally called. We were greeted by a very unhappy officer. She barely introduced herself and was unfriendly. She took us to her office and swore us in. We were told to ###### down. She began with basic questions about our application, name, address, etc... Then she asked what other evidence I brought. At this point we still haven't had any sort of conversation, my wife even thought she rolled her eyes at one point. She just seemed like she hated her job and didn't want anything from us. She then asked for more recent bank statements. I told her that I didn't bring last month. She then told us that we needed to go to the nearest bank and get the statement. The interview was over after 10-15 minutes. We left, went to the bank per her request, and came back around 10am. We told the front desk and she called our office and told her we were back. We waited another hour and I finally went back to the front desk and asked if she forgot about us or what was going on. She called the officer and she said that we could have just left the statement with the front desk. Are you serious?!?!?!? We finally left around 11am and got some food because we were starving.

So now I have no clue what happened and where I stand. DId I get approved? Did I fail? Is there another interview? Any information of what's next would of been helpful. I assumed when we came back with the bank statements we would talk more. Anyone have any idea where I stand ?

You didn't fail; otherwise she wouldn't have asked you to bring a recent bank statement. And actually, I do not think that this statement was important. It is just a formality from her side
