I got an rfe just waiting on the hard copy to see what they could want.

Still no NOA2 yet, how frustrating is the wait...im loosing hope.

Im crossing my fingers I have to recieve the NOA2 this week.

I am too! It would be so nice to get it before the holiday starts here! Ill be praying for you and me!

I hope these NOA2 turnaround times are accurate! Maybe if we are lucky we can all spend valentines day with our Fiances!

That would be perfect and what i am hoping for considering valentines day is also my birthday!! Lets all hope we get some more NOA2!!

I haven't even started with anything. We don't even know what it's required. Apparently, in Peru we don't have a Packet 3, so that's even more confusing. I don't want to start getting any papperwork yet because it will be dated "too early"? I mean the interview wont happens for another 3-4 months right?

Sigh im feeling the sameway. I have gotten no papers together for my fiance yet either. It will cost a fortune to send them as well. I am waiting on the approval first before i have him do the medical and get the police cert. i am hoping next week we can get an approval.

Yes I did get the notification about alien changed on the 13 November...and approved on 19 Nov

Sparklepony, i am pretty sure you and I will be approved around the sametime since our dates are pretty much the same. However my alien number changed on the 19th so i am hoping that means good news in a few days!

I'm assuming that it just depends on the background checks they have to do and things like that? Or how straightforward the case is ^^ I really wish we could know more about how they do things/why they do things so it could be easier for us to understand the process!

My thoughts as well too! If we only knew. But everyones case is different as well. Like mine, i have three children with the man i am trying to petion to come back here. However i will have to fill out and pay for a wavier for him too since he has one EWI. I am hoping friday will be my lucky day for my NOA2 but maybe early next week too. Heres to hoping and prayers to all!

I got the text last night at 11:30 that my Alien number was changed!!! Now hopefully my NOA2 is on its way next!!

I thought it was because of the shutdown thing, but it appears to have been pretty quick before that too!

Well whatever the reason, I'm so glad things are faster now ^^

Also I cannot wait for one of us November filers to get out NOA2! I'll be so happy xD

No, there is no e-filing. You complete the form online and then print it out from online so it generates the bar code.

I did all my wife's forms and then sent them to her for signature and transport to the interview.

Same here my was recieved on the 12th. No word yet and they still havent cashed my check yet. The waiting is so hard and worriesome!!

You can file his wavier for the ban before he even goes to his interview with the form I-160a so that is what we will be doing. I have not had him go for his medical or anything yet since we have time and id rather not have it expire. Yes your right it has been very hard on me and my children. Im not exactly sure of the little town he lives in but yes he will be able to get into town by bus. I will have a co- sponsor to help me out through all of this. When he was here we made it just fine but he was working. I dont owe a whole lot on my house at all. And own both of my cars no payments. I have a lady here helping us and she said to not worry about it and we would get. It done. He has family all over honduras so i am sure he will be ok i am just worrying to much.

He just went back 2 weeks ago so we were doing this together just two weeks ago. He is from honduras so i am not sure how it works with them. I guess i will ask the lady whos doing my paperwork when it comes time for it.

Well if he isnt allowed to come back and eventually work i will go into hardship. My child support is about 13,000 a year and my car is worth alittle over 10,000 plus my house is asessed at 65,000 my loan is 25,000 so id have 40,000 in what i actually own in my house. Just seeing if i need to get a co- sponsor. Also does my co sponsor need to make enough for all of us or how does that work?

I have been wondering this before i get to where i need to fill this out. I have 5 kids plus myself. I have a child support income plus i own a house and 2 cars that are paid off. I supported him and my family when he was here before but i know they have a income limited for the size. But on the form i do t aee where it would ask for my child support income. Can i put that in? Also can i add in my house and cars? My house is almost paid off with it being worth 65000 as of right now and only 25000 left to pay off or less. Will i get by without a co- sponsor? Thanks
