    Yes i received a supplement transferred notice by the NBC saying that if you do not receive a decision within 60 days to call customer service it will be 60 days on Mondaythe 6th. Do you suggest call Monday or after Monday? How long after your 60 days did you call?

    yes do it on monday. i did mines before my 60 days were up. at first she kept saying no that she cant make on for me then i told her about the supplement notice then shes will like if they said file a service request i will file on for u. maybe i got lucky with the rep i got. try it out and see what the rep will, although i think they should accept ur request by now.

    did u recieve the supplemet transfer notic along with your transfer letter because when i mentioned that letter to the rep she said if u got a letter i will make u a request. Do mention that it said within if u dont hear within 60 days that u can make a service request

    Wondering if there is more people out there like me ? I sent of my I130 Petition on March 15 and received a letter saying they received it March 21st then received another NOA saying it was transferred to the Nebraska Service Center the Notice date on that letter was November 7. Ever since then i have not heard anything from them. Is anyone going through the same thing I am or has anyone heard anything?

    I sent mines on March 7 and my pd is March 13. On October 30 my case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center and havent heard a thing. I did make a service request on Dec 11 and until now havent heard a thing

    i just sent my first email to nsc today but i didnt mention my referral number the service request because they said i have to wait 30 days until i could make an inquiry with nsc. i got my referral # on dec11, but they told me to wait until dec 26 until i would hear a response. i called yesterday the custmer service number and they told me i have to wait until jan 26 until i could make an inquiry with nsc. do u think it was a smart move that i didnt mention it or should i send another email with referral number.

    Finally !!!! ?I was able to make a service request. At first the rep told me i had to wait six months since transfer until i can make a service request, but then i mentioned that they had sent the supplement paper that after 2 monthes we should make an inqury she just said ok if u got a paper stating that I will make one.

    So if any one wants to make a service request mention the paper if u got one. They said that they will contact me on dec. 26 but I highly doubt ? it because everyone would still be on Christmas break.

    I am not sure what the deal is with these appovals why is it that someone who got transffered a few days ago just got approved and people that have been waiting more than 30 days are still waiting.. I am trying to comprehend this.. Is it that people that have had previous marriages like me with a whole lot of paperwork being put aside while others who have this as their first marriage get approved asap? I wonder because this is not fair, it will be a full 9 months for me this 19 sad.png

    I dont think so because this is my very first marrige and they haven't gotten anything since my transfer. My pd is on March 13 and my transfer date is on oct 31 to nebraska.
