I really believe work letters, bank statements and paystubs are three things you want to take/send to the consulate with a more recent date. I would wait until maybe 2-3 weeks before the interview... you can get those fairly quickly and you can send scanned copies to your fiancé(e) in case you are the petitioner.
You DO can start gathering certificates, evidence and fill out forms like DS160, affidavit of support; vaccination records (just in case)... its never too late for that

Just hand-write the entire name on black ink. You will be fine.

We did use them, and what we did was find key conversations & take screenshots from those (whatever fits on the screen). Basically we tried to find those close to where the date is shown.
If you can't or don't know how to take screen shots, you can always take pictures with a camera or another phone instead.
A third option could be to send the whatsapp conversation to your email (under whatsapp options) and print it, although I find it a bit less reliable.

We used just 9 screenshots and arranged them in one letter sized page. Worked well for us . Just don't forget to gather a little bit of everything you have (photos with dates and place names, emails,bus tickets/boarding passes that match your photos if you were together, tickets paid with your credit cards, etc.). Just show organization and coherence on your evidence and you will be fine.

Does anybody know for sure, or have have had the invitation letter printed out at the consulate prior to the interview? My letter hasn't arrived yet either and I am about to arrage everything for my interview

Hi everyone!
Currently my fiance and I are in the process of waiting for the packet 3 to arrive in the mail so I (beneficiary) can arrange everything for my visa interview, but so far it's been 4 weeks and no letter either for him (petitioner) or me. Does anbybody with experience in Cd. Juárez know for sure if I can just go to the information window at the consulate and ask them to print out a copy of the invitation letter for me?
We wouldn't like to wait longer if it is not necessary since holidays are around the corner and the consulate will start getting busier and flights more expensive.
