Hello every body i recive my 2 years Green Card.i came with k1 visa .i get married .i adjust my status

I have two question:

1-in my social security card is writen valid only for work with DHS autorisation.do i need go to SS office for change my SS card?

2-what i have to do with EAD(employment autorisation card) after i recive my Green Card ?

Hello i have a question my status of i485 updated 22 october2016 my new card being produced .then monday 24 october status updated my case approved.

Is this normal?

I hear normaly is case approved first then new card being produced. Khowing that we are approved without interview

After we send request for evidances they approve my employment card autorization 15 juin .and the status of i485 still same .request for evidance recived .now is 2 month .my case is in uscis national benefit centre.

Hi. we file 18 march2016.. 18 noa1, 21 April biometric. 22 april request for initial evidances. It was about not enough income. 3 juin sent new joint sponsor forms... 8juin they recive. 15 ead and ap approved. Same day ead ordered to produced. 20 card mailed to me. Our application is in national benefit centre. Which is fast. Good luck

My EAD/AP are approved, on juin 15/2016 Card Ordered to be produced status and juin 20/2016 card mailed to me , however there is no update with tracking number. How long it will take get my EAD?

Yes. We get RFE for adjustment of status for k1 last 22 april it was about joint sponsor . And we send 3 juin. They recive 8 juin. And i765 and i131 approved last 15 juin. Waiting Now for EAD. So excited

Yes Penguin -ie since september 2015 he is history Teacher and he make 24000 every year. He Will support only one person. And he is single.

Does a joint sponsor who work until august 2015 and he lost work and start New job septiembre 2015 and file taxes accepted to be joint sponsor? So in this case two form W2. Is fine to send with copie taxes ? Thank you

Before the 2 years green card expired , we need file 90 days before expiration, do we need sponsor in this step too?

Hello. We have joint sponsor who file taxes and meet pouvretyguiline requirment.

In last august 2015. He was lost work. And september 2015 start New job. Is fine and accepted to be joint sponsor? Thanks

If in Question 18.a parte 6 we answer No. Could this be probleme and dont approved our EAD and GC?

Hello. We found joint sponsor for adjustment of status for k1. He is Teacher. He is single. He make enough.

My Question is :

1)in parte 6 of I864form. Question 18.a have you filed federal income tax return for each of the three most recent tax years? What is the answer yes or no?

2) in parte 7 Question 1 to 6 is this parte need to be filed only if the joint sponsor dont make enough income?
