Thank you for your help/comments...unfortunately my doctor is on vacation for two weeks now and I cannot get to see him or speak to him! So for the next two weeks I will be in constant terror of not getting my visa....and not being able to live my life with the man I love so very much!!

I really do hope someone can give me an answer to my huge problem. I went for the medical in London yesterday and it did not go very well….I was asked if i have ever attempted suicide….i answered 'no'. But several years ago i did an attempt…i had put it completely out of my mind for years and only remembered the incident after the medical.

I did say i have had depression in the past…which was treated and i am no longer depressed and no longer on any treatment. The lady doctor who was lovely…gave me a letter to give to my doctor for further evidence, which also included a self harm question.

Is it too late for me to send an amendment to the London doctors admitting to the incident several years ago?? Or should i just ride this out and hope my doctor does not mention it in his letter back?

I did not purposely say no to the question…i was so anxious and even my BP was up! but later came down! I'm just a very anxious person and a constant worrier.. I don't know what to do for the best!!

The doctor told me a person would not be admitted to the USA with a history of self harm as it is seen as a violent act!! This again has scared me to death!!

I really hope someone here can help me with some advice of what i should do…PLEASE!!!

I am due to go for my medical 4th March. I was trying to retrieve my DS-160 from the CEAC website and when I put my ID number in it says.....data not found?

I am wondering if I filled it in correctly now! On the CEAC status check it says.....No Status....but has my ID number there?

Will my status be updated after my medical.....I'm feeling a bit anxious about this whole process now!!

Thank you so much for all your help…now booked medical for the 4th March 2014…and completed the readiness form too…i hope my visa journey continues to run as smoothly as it has up to now.

i have been in the background reading other posts and have learned so much from this site…!!

Hello all...my petition has arrived at London...I have filled out the DS-160. Status shows as 'No Status'. When do I book medical and what is the readiness form and where do I complete it?

How do you get permission for a USC to attend the embassy for the interview with you?

This certificate i need is from my 1st divorce, i do have my last divorce decree nisi. But i think ALL divorce papers are needed?

I have applied to the court for a copy of a divorce decree (over 30 years ago) it could not be found! so then applied to the Central registry office in London and had no reply in over 3 weeks!

If it still cannot be found can I add the documents to prove i have tried to find the papers? would proof of trying to find it be enough evidence for the application for the I-129/K-1 visa?

In the UK you cannot re-marry without showing your previous divorce decree!
