I too had my interview today and it was eerily similar to Andromeda1's experience haha! Except I think I had a friendlier officer.
I arrived early with my original docs and a few other pieces of evidence of relationship just in case. I was called about 15 mins after my scheduled interview time. Even as we were walking to the interview office the lady asked if I was excited and also nervous. We sat down, she asked for my green card and drivers license. She explained the interview process and then said to do the written, spoken and civics test to get it out the way so that I can relax for the rest of the interview. I got through the first 6 civics test questions no problem. I stood to take the oath to tell the truth (I can't remember if that was before or after the tests to be honest). I didn't have to do biometrics or pictures or anything like that.
She confirmed all my details, basically went over the whole application (all the yes/no questions etc). Asked similar questions too like Andromeda1 like when was I out the country, where do I work, when did I become a green card holder etc. I answered everything the same as I had when I submitted. She was very personable, example, she asked if anyone was waiting out there for me and when I said no and that my spouse couldn't join because he was attending college, she asked what he was studying and then mentioned that she knew someone who had studied the same thing so very nice lady. I verified my details for the naturalization certificate on the tablet and I had to sign the tablet about three times too and then that was that. She said she will be recommending that I be approved and that my file will go to her supervisor just to make sure all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed. Also explained that I will get the oath ceremony scheduled and there will be people there to take my passport application if I want to do that on the day. I even got given the passport application papers. I got three notifications from the USCIS website straight after the interview but the status hasn't changed yet, I will sign in again tomorrow.
I didn't have to produce any documents and she didn't ask for any other than the green card and drivers. However, one of the people who got interviewed earlier didn't have something another officer needed so they weren't approved that day (I only know because it was being explained to relatives in the waiting area). So I also recommend taking everything just in case. The whole interview took about 15mins. It was a very positive experience.
I got an update notification to my case yesterday, to my delight today has shown that my interview has been scheduled! I will update with the date as soon as the interview details become available.

We are definitely more stressed out now since they have been approving petitions all over from October - its worse now waking up that today may be the day or not knowing if you might have to wait more months still! Would be so much better if they just did it in numerical order. All we want is certainty USCIS !
But I agree as someone else mentioned - I think they are just trying to keep the majority of us quiet hoping that we may be on of the lucky ones!
In the mean time keeping busy getting all the next round of information and packing up our flat. I want to be ready the day it happens
Looking forward to when our lives can go from paused to play again.
So used to reading everyone's replies every day, its going to take getting used to once no one is left here!!
