Thanks for your reply! I think I have some medical background so I will apply for masters in some medical programs. But, I like to jump to USMLE as soon as I come and can I not finish my current masters program at that university and pass my both USMLEs and start working at hospital? and apply for H1? is this legal? What would get me in trouble i m just trying to be careful?

I have few questions. I am from India and I am a doctor(mbbs) here. I like to come to USA and like to get my USMLE done their and get my H1 visa. My plan is to get in to some college with some type of degree in medical line on student visa that I will follow and take USMLE on side with it. Some of my friends are doing this currently in USA. Do you know if this is legal? Would I get in any trouble if i do this or someone finds out? Do you think that it is possible to get your H1 like this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
