    I am in AP since March 25th,2014 for CR1visa.

    They emailed us saying when they will review ,we will be notified.

    I didnt saw my wife since March 4 ,2013

    These people I dont know what they are thinking but every case is different ,the are approving K1 to students,and older couples they put them in AP..

    They have sponsor,we dont.

    My wife is killing her working whole week, and we cant be together for any holiday.

    Monday she will email them again so hoping soon I ll get my passport with a visa.

    I dont understand why they think if you applied for a tourist visa before that you had immigrant intent,so thats way you got married.

    we had a lot of paperwork for showing ongoing relationship but probably stuck that she didnt visit me.

    She doesnt want to fly,I cant force her.

    Also they canceled my C1 D visa to work on the ship so we cant meet in Miami anymore.

    whoever is dealing with our cases,doesnt have concern how are lives are changed,how miserable we are and sad,and avoiding family meetings not having the lovedones with us.

    My wife will have a breakdown if this will continue longer.

    I pray for everybody that we will get it soon so we can fly where are heart is ,next to our wife or husband.God is great ,we have to believe it.

    Dear folks

    I had scheduled 2 interview for a requested court decision original.

    I brought the paper,and waiting to be called.

    Later on after 2 hours waiting, I have to go home,there will be no interview.

    They will review the paperwork.

    Its like playing game,you wait 1 year to be approved and still processing.

    I am so suprised how other people they dont have to wait for this processing.

    I had a car accident where nobody was injured,and the court fined me,that;s all it shown on the certificate.

    I wish everybody would not have a processing like me.My wife thinks why I didnt argue,

    I cant do it,they have our life in their hands,you dont want make them angry.

    This people dot have feelings,you miss christmas and New Year,then Valentine and then 1 marriage anniversary

    and again still processing.

    I dont inderstand so many agencies processed the case until comes to interview.

    If anybody had the same issue pls reply whats the outcome of it.

    Hi guys

    I cant believe it.

    Me and My we wife meet on skype so the interviewer had a problem about it.I dont understand if they dont give us tourist visa,I used my C1D to come early and meet her and spend time with her.and join the ship again.

    Start pick on me.We had around 8 western union transaction so she was thinking maybe I am paying my wife to get married.Crazy.

    My wife has two jobs so no vacation days only sometime weekends ,so she didnt come to see me in Macedonia.

    I had 10 greetings cards for christmas,new year,birthday.weddind day cards from friends.around 50 pages magic jack calls,skype calls.

    Gifts like delivered flowers for birthday and valentine.

    Pictures around 20,credit card on both names.

    everyone finished,i was the last one ,they called after 2 hours from the last person interview.

    So I had court record for a traffic fine that was paid and decribed.They want original decision.So postponed my interview until 03/25/2014.

    They need this doc,but I have it at home.She said to me bring more evidence,I dont know what to do.

    Should I tell my wife to wrote down a letter to the embassy and explain our case in details,also my mother in law can write down one too.

    Can somebody give me opinion what to do,or somebody had issue like me?

    Flight attendant C1D visa

    Hello VJ,

    Is it possible for a flight crew on a C1D visa to enter the U.S. and get married here in the U.S. After which they continue to go back to their country and work as a flight attendant while the U.S. Spouse files for a K3 or CR1/IR1 Visa?

    we applied for CR1.

    I am same case like you.I had C1D crew member.We got married in Miami in one day,you dont need a marriage license.It took 20 minutes to do it.

    otherwise your spouse have to file in city court where lives to obtain marriage license which takes up to 10 days.

    12/05/13 AOS bill paid

    12/07/13 IV bill paid

    12/09/13 AOS paid posted online

    12/12/13 IV paid posted online

    12/16/13 DS 260 filled

    12/18/13 AOS package mailed overnight

    12/20/13 IV package mailed from Macedonia to NVC

    Now we have to wait to get case complete and scheduled interview.

    Over here you can make the payments and file DS260 very ease and quick.

    I wish everybody happy holidays and quick response from NVC.

    When you file I-130 you wrote down the phone number and email address from the petitioner.

    So nvc emailed us the case number and iin nuber.as soon as you get this you pay the bills if there are posted online.

    In meantime before they send you this information file for police report ,because it took me 6 business days to get it.

    Also after you make the payment check everyday does it posted online if it is you it will show that you can file DS260.

    It will take you 1 hour to do it.

    Instead of mailing to your spouse the package IV ,mailed straight to NVC you save money and time.

    Good idea.Keep going.

    What the director gonna say to me when I will tell him that we cant see each other after 1 year.Last time I saw her in March.

    Me and my wife cant celebrate New Year and Christmas together because I-130 petition took 8 months to be approved..

    I think that has to be petition with a so many petitioners statements about the long wait time for processing.

    Let him decide does it right somebody to be separated that long.

    I hope that who ever was processing our application ,and didnt make effort to do it quicker for being lazy,i wish him to have long wait period for the things

    are important for him and suffer like we do being away from our wife or husband.

    Like somebody says our paperwork is catching dust in some file cabinet drawer.

    I wish everybody their journey to come quicker to the end and start new happy life with our lifetime partner.

    Hi guys

    Filed March 6.2013

    we got approved on Nov.4th received NOA2.

    I called NVC on 11th NOV.

    The guy told me its not in the system could take up to 2 months.

    Its crazy I dont understand how come some applications are competed sooner in the time frame of six months and visa issued at the end of 9 months.

    Both of us will be alone for Christmas,its not right if they were serious i should have interview in december.But no luck.

    I am calling Monday 25 Nov. so if I got any information about case number I'll post it.

    Does somebody knows when they transfer the case from Service center to NVS its posted online on USCIS?

    I wish everybody to get sooner answer.

    I was thinking only in my country the administration its slow but probably here too people are lazy when there is a lot of pending applications.

    Did you also get the transfer Emails?

    If yes when ?

    Congrats Once Again!!!!!

    After we called and complain that its already 7 months and half they found the case posted on online and was mentioned that we got transfered to caifornia service senter on 25th OCt.

    Yesterday I got email from them that I was approved on nov.4th and that they mail me a notice with instructions for further processing.

    I sign up online through USCIS to geit email updates you can do it too.

    Yes there is a update they transfer our case to California Service center,we got a notice today.

    Says check the processing dates October 1 ,2012.This is crazy.Its mention if we dont get any notice of approval or denial in 60 days to make a e-request.

    I would like my wife to get in touch with the congressman if he can helps us out.Somebody was mentioning on the forum.

    Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!

    We filed on March 4th.2013 I-130.On 25th October the recept number comes out online initial review transfered to local USCIS office.Its not mentioned which office.

    Already 7 months and 20 days waiting ,i dont know how come people are approved between 4-6 months.

    Does the case will be approved faster if a local office is dealing now?

    The guy that helped me to apply he mentioned 9 months to finish a whole process but it came out it could take a year.

    USCIS customer service is bullshit ,every time you call different answer you get.

    Does somebody applied around March,2013 and already got approved NOA2?
