I just want to see my darling. I'm not worried about delay. If there will be need for repeat interview, then we go in together.

It is only secondary, but like loving_girl said "human factor". Interviewing agent must preffers more visual then document proof of our relationship.

I just wonder if the consular officer will now be even more suspisious that you will come to Ukraine to take photos together AFTER she is turned down? Anyways, good luck and God Bless.

Not Turned down, just asked to bring more documents, thus 221G form. Suggesting we meet again. There is no difference when as long as it is within last 2 years.

It'll take minimum 10 day to process additional submitted photos. I hope they don't request additional interview. But if they do - I'll travel again and then we return home together. Thank you for much needed and outstanding support.

That was from time we just met. Did not know about that requirement just yet. I'm going there in few weeks. We will have plenty of pictures. On 221G says within one year to submit.

Was that the only photo that you guys have of both of you together? If so, it looks like you will need to spend the money to make a trip and take more photos together.

Money is not an issue. Time is at premium. That is the only reason I'm not flying to Kiev tomorrow. 2 weeks from now is the soonest possible. I hope it won't be too late to add documents to current interview. Maybe we can even request another one while both of us present.

Fiancee said there is one year noted on 221G, but that would for sure expire the petition. I can be there in 2 weeks. I can't imagine 14 days will be too long to provide additional evidence, is it?

One photo of us together. There is a friend on that photo in the background as well. I think agent wants more pictures of just us two. All we have is just that one shot. We can make hundreds of pictures but that would require for me to travel there now in order to provide more. Should we contact consulate and ask for other options?

Agent did not respond, just said process delayed but not denied. Retained passport at consulate.

What can we do in this situation?

I can travel there and visit my fiancee within few weeks but are there any other alternatives?
