Please what do i do now and how long before they send it back to u.s.a.Any help will greatly be appreciated.thank you in advance

  2. HELLO AMBER.I THINK I AGREE WITH YOU REGARDING THE MAY NVC THREAD.THEY MOVE SO FAST.IF WE CAN CREATE OURS IT WILL BE HELPFUL.

    Congrats on your approval!

Well, as far as NVC I WISH I had something to really fill in, but I was never notified by USCIS when they sent the case and I never heard from NVC as to when they received it.

I had no idea what was going on, so I just called NVC completely randomly about two weeks after we were approved (on 4/11) and they said they didn't have the case. Called randomly one week after on 5/2 and was able to get a case number...called again on 5/5 and got the IIN. Then was able to do the DS261 a day after and then the day after that the AOS fee. So all I can really say as far as timelines for NVC is once you get the case number and IIN it seems you can do all the online forms/payment within a few days. Only thing I am still waiting for is to be able to pay the IV fee.

Again, I don't know when after my approval on 4/11 the case was sent or when it was received by NVC, but it seems they assigned the case number and IIN right away once they my case. Apparently this isn't completely normal....it seems I was lucky or it was a direct result of filing the I-129F alongside the I-130, but who knows. The only thing I can really say for sure is that it has gone fast once I obtained the case number and IIN.

  3. My experience is that they will claim their received it 2 or 3 days after you know it arrived there. We sent ours via US Priority mail and tracked it. I know when it arrived. 3 weeks later they sent me an email claiming they never received it. I called the next day to them and suddenly they noted that they did have it and they said they got it 3 days after my US Postal tracking says it got there. Then they will quote you 30 days processing time after they receive it.

please did you get a checklist.kindly let me know the items you sent.kindly reply
