Please good morning my immigrant visa case status shows issued.. Do I need to wait for a call from DHL before I go for my passport with visa in it or so far as it is issued I just have to go to DHL for it... I'm in Ghana please I need help thanks

You should go to the DHL office to pick it up. They will delay you if you call b/c they will tell you that it's not ready yet but it is.
