.. Hwo long must the U.S. citizen live in the foreign country to be considered a resient of that country?.. im in The U.S. and my spouse is in Inida.. How long do i have to live there to file direct consular filing?.. Is it jus better to file a K-3 Visa from the U.S. Please help.. thanks

.. i jus wanted to know what exactly do i need to file and where do i need to file the petition for my husband?.. SOme resources say i must file for him in the country that we get married in..others say that I must file from the U.S.. Then someresources say that I have to file both a I-130 and an I-129F.. What do i do?... please help

.. I found someone to be a joint sponsor for me.. I just wanted to know.. He is filing for his mother who is also in India.. I wanted to know, if he's a joint sponsor for me can he still apply for his mother?.. Will there be any complications in his case..? I dont want to mess up his case...If anyone can help.. .. I just recieved word from my fiance that the interview went alright.. They said that I need to show proof of income and that my income was too low.. My bank statemets were seen but they still needed to show more annunal income since my tax returns didn't.. What do i nedd to send to hear.. After the appropriate papers are sent.. then the visa will be sent out.. Is there a specific form that needs to be filled out?.. What should I do.. ?.. If theres anyone out there that has an idea about it.. Can you PLEASE help me...!!!..

Sorry guys.. its been awhile...

My fiance's interview has been scheduled for June 23 in New Delhi .. the problem is that the letter informing her of the date got to her late.. .. I've already sent all the approprtiate documents to her and shes recieved them... BUT.. In the pcket it says that the documents must be submitted 10-15 days ,at a local VFS office, before the date of the interview.... Its only a maater of a couple days now.. Can she pay the fee at a local office .. then take the documents to New DElhi with her..
