    I-693 form question

    in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

    The process is for K1 calls for filling out the form I-693 form. However My finance has the medical exam CD and Vaccination worksheet from the test DR. at the country where she did her interview.


    Do I still need to fill the form and what do i need to do for the sectionCivil Surgeon section. Please help me to understands as what to do for this process.

    Thank You Jay-Kay, I found the answer in the bottom of the link which you send me, is says so. I may have mis communicated, I was referring to vaccination

    But I have the answer now, however i do not know if she has to do these vaccination all over again, since she did them all last week in Iran?

    I received a letter form US. National Visa Center in regard to F4 visa whichI potion form my bother stating that due to numerical limitation on immigrant visa the case is on hold till an immigrant visa become available.

    However my question is can someone tell me a bout the process and cut off date and how i determine as when the cutoff date was or is. What this means or what I have to do.
