as far as i know you will need your certificates from your school evaluated i did that with WES they are a well known company and excepted by most of the colleges in the US

So i finally got pack 3 today. I was wondering when you guys did tge medical because it says to wait until they tell.us to schedule an appointement. But for me it is a long ride to get to the city wheee they do the medical and i also have a newborn baby with me and aince i am there anyways in a few weeks i thought to just get it done so its over.

Does the Pettitioner have to call NVC to find out if they received the pettition or can also the Beneficiary get information about that? Because it is hard for my Fiance to get through he tried already a couple times to call them but always has to hold for too long and since he is working a lot of hours he can't really get through.

How Important is it actually that the adresse of the US Citizen is accurate after the NO2? Because my Fiance moved last week and already tried to call NVC to change his adresse but they haven't received our Petition yet. I am just a bit worried that somehow we are not able to change the adresse

we got approved on the 21 March . What happens after? i always read that people calling to get their case number but what does that actually do? I am just trying to figure out if there is anything we have to do now.

I'm not sure what they do, but by calling in you can ask to speak with a Tier 2 officer, which from what I've read can give you slightly more info than the regular customer service reps. I'm calling in today, so I will let you know what I hear. Are you able to submit an e-request on uscis site? I did that yesterday and got a response today! but I need to call in for further clarification.

I checked the website and i am able to submit an e request but don't i have to wait until it passed the 5 months?? it's just 2 more weeks until it reaches the 5 months period so i will submit the e request then and hopefully the processing is moving until then.

Post Decision Activity

On March 20, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

YAY!!!! Finally, TSC came through. With a NOA1 of November 5th, we finally got approved. Thank you all for your moral support. We made it through with patience even though we had frustration seeing others getting visas with NOA1's in January.

what exactly will they do when calling once the 5 months are up ? I am also getting a bit frustrated i know the 5 months are not up yet but will be soon and i would just like to know if there is anything that we can do that they work on our pettition? I see people getting approved left and right and filled way after we did don't get me wrong i am happy for everybody that gets approved but it just makes me think that something is wrong with the pettiton we send in.

As an update, my fiance had her interview at the US Embassy yesterday morning, March 12 (Philippines).

She said it was a long wait to talk to the 1st interviewer who looked at our file and affidavit of support and asked some questions.

Then it was another long wait to talk to the 2nd interviewer (US consulate). He also looked at our file, the pictures that were sent with the initial petition and then asked a couple of questions.

At the end of the interview, my fiance asked how everything looks and the consulate said....

"YOU ARE APPROVED."

They took my fiance's passport so they could put the visa on it and would mail it back to her.

Thanks a lot for your support SparklePony. But it is just getting very frustrating my Fiance just spend a month here with me and our son and now he has to go back to the US again and i think it just made us realize how much we missed each other and just want that whole process to be over. Also do i want to make sure that we don't have to fill out any additional forms for our son since he is just born this month .

But i guess i will have to wait a couple more weeks .

I am also pregnant and haven't gotten aproved but i think as others said they don't care much about it. In my case we are very lucky that my fiance is getting a month of work and will come next week so he can be there for the birth but besides that i don't think that there are much options besides that unfortunately... But good luck to you hopefully your petition gets aproved soon

We send in our petion on oct. 31 and haven't received our NOA2 yet i think that we just have to count on those 5 month to wait....

So many left and right are getting approvals, while Texas seems to be dragging

that's what i would like to know as well i know that it is supposed to take 5 months but i am slowly just getting a bit nervous because so many people that started the process after me are already approved makes me think that something is wrong with our Petition . But i am trying to stay positive and Patient .

I am not saying that they are all bad.. Many are very good. His family members are all very good. I thought that was a good sign, but aparently he was a bad apple in the bunch. They are all very angry that he is behaving like this. Of coarse his father also says that if I want the marriage to last, I should close my eyes to anything he is doing as if I am not seeing it. (basically to pretend I don't see him cheating.) Please ask all the questions you want. I don't want anyone else to get hurt like I did. I know its hard because these men are so sexy and wonderful to talk to . I really believed him . Now I wish I didn't.

I am sorry to hear that you had to make that experience. And i can understand that the cheating is nothing any woman want's to just take like that i wouldn't do so either. But to me it just sounded that you were saying all Nigerians are the same i apologize if i misunderstood you.

And it is very nice of you wanting to save others of making mistakes but i think that everybody is different. In my case people warned me not only once and it almost broke us because i almost started to believe them. But there are definitely good once out there and i feel very lucky to have met one of them.
