Yes, there where many mix signals, some that said she cared, some that didn't. She said she was going to get asylum and so many more things. I'm sorry for her, I really cared for her since I did love her but how to make a marriage work when there is no respect to start? 2 1/2 years wasted plus all the cash invested gone to the trash.., at least it ended before it got more serious. Sorry guys and gals for making you hear my complains. I'm thinking about doing a project with all this experiences, let me know if you guys are interested in hearing more. So we met one more time and she tried to amend things but it was just to late, she acted like never before all humble and willingly. It almost got me. I don't get it, why always extremes? Can't she act just one middle way all the time? In the end no one at my family wanted me to be with her and continuing with her would only make things worst for me/us. She went back with the girl she was staying with after she left and apparently left to Moscow a few days later. I returned her ring and well life goes on...

Hi, i would like to ask advise from the forum members on what to do next. here is my story.

Some background:

- i have dual cityzenship (mex/usa)

- met this uzbeck chick (ex fiance) 2011

- went to met her family same year

- decided to get married same year

- got her visa for her and her mom to travel to mexico and meet my family 2012

- travel to mexico and stay a month, they return home since she saw old conversations on laptop with my ex (old log, i wad not talk in more than ayear)

- beg her to stay, said no, gave her time 4 months, she didnt change mindset

- she contacted me again in 2013 started talking again

- on september 2013 we try to get her visa to mex to travel again ( i work for US company but im based in Mex) it was denied (law change)

- got her K1 visa started without issues

- on jan 22, 2014 her K1 visa was issued

- on jun 18 she arrived to US

- first 12 days after arrival it was all going out and such ( plenty expenses)

- i had to go to mexico back to work for 2 weeks , (issues with work made it 4 weeks)

- after 2 days of arriving she gets upset and leaves with another girl she just met a week ago

- took her phone number away and i started gettign text from other people she was talking to ( girls - lesbians)

- its been 4 days and no news from her...

a little more explaining:

we always had fights and desagreements i was always the one who went and look for her in order to solve things, and even when all my family and friends told me she didnt care for me and was only using me i didnt saw it since i loved her, but now after seeing all this text messages and such i think its clear that her intentions were only to come to america, she even stated so in the text conversations we had while i was away.

the question:

What should i do next?? she left and i dont have a way of contacting her i do have a idea of where she might be but i cant call inmigration since her visa is still valid for another 35 days. i didnt got to marry her and i dont wish to do so, but i dont want to have any kind of issues with inmigration or anyone. i have been reading cases but most if not all of them are from people who are already married, in the USCIS webpage it only states that after visa is expired they become illegal, but do i need to notify them or anything like that? this is the second time she tryes to marry a USC and at least she got me to bring her here, i dont want her to get me in trouble, she was even saying she was going to file for asylum (she is uzbeck)

what should i do next?
