  1. Hello everbody,

    Im processing my AOS last September 2006 and send my papers to Chicago Service Center..Last

    October i received a TRANSFER NOTICE thay my AOS was transferred to California Service Center and

    in November I received again a TRANSFER NOTICE that my AOS was transferred to Chicago Service

    Center... and in December I received again a TRANSFER NOTICE that my AOS was transferred to

    MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER and in the first week of January 2007, I received again a TRANSFER

    NOTICE that my AOS was transferred again in CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER and my case was now

    pending in that service center...

    Im just sad about this things that i am facing right now in my AOS case....If somebody who experienced

    the problem that i have in my AOS case..please let me know..or to those someone who can give me

    an advice i will really appreciate it...

    I just want to know if somebody do the same as my AOS processing..

    I sent my AOS to chicago and then they transfer it to CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER LAST SEPT.27,2006.

    and now i received an email fron USCIS that they transfer my AOS to MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER.

    HERE IS THE EMAIL

    Receipt Number: ***

    Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

    Current Status:

    On October 17, 2006, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER for processing. That office has jurisdiction over the case. They will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office.

    If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

    National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283.

    *The projected processing time frame can be found on the receipt notice that you received from the USCIS.

    I dont really understand why they do this...it makes my processing delayed because they transferred my AOS application in different service center...

    TO THOSE WHO EXPERIENCE THE SAME WITH MY AOS PROCESSING EXPERIENCED:

    Please let me know if how long it takes for my AOS to be processed in MSC...

  4. hello peter i read your timeline of your AOS processing..your really lucky hope me too..heheh

    by the way i sent my application of my AOS and EAD last august 31,2006 and i done my biometrics sept.28,2006 and at that date i received a letter from USCIS that my application was transferred to CSC..i got TRANSFER NOTICE TO CSC today sept. 28,2006...hope im lucky as u to have my greencard soon..
