hi , my husband paid AOS fee online without any problem but now like more than 20 days cant pay IV fee online , it shows not available to pay. My question is did you get IV Bill (invoice) by mail to pay it and after how many days from filing DS 261? Should he expect an IV invoice by mail from NVC or they replaced all payments to onlie version? Seems just we are confused and wasting time for nothing instead of taking an action

Hi, i got my IV fee invoice via email 20 days after i got my AOS fee bill. He should receive an IV fee via email or both of you if you gave NVC your email address.

Did you finish filling up your DS 261?

payment via money order is fast than what i thought! I sent the it last wednesday and it arrived the ff. day (Thursday). Today, Friday, payment status on the portal changed from "NOT PAID" to "PAID". I guess very few is sending via mail so the bulk of paper work is aso very few. Now, DS 260 is now enable and can start filling up the form..

same here, status "not paid". I dont want to initiate again the payment as this may cause me paying it twice. My payment via mail just arrived in St Louis, MO. From what i read on one of the forum, it will change to "PAID" when when they cashed in the money order..

did the NVC know when it will be fixed? If they acknowledge the error, there should already been resolution to the problem since they know about it.

I think you try it online and if you have a transaction id on the receipt, you are good to go. just monitor for a 2-3 days..

I got a checklist today and also on the email they reminding to pay the IV fee. If this glitch has been fixed since last week, I shouldnt have this delay.

I already submitted IV payment via mail. When I asked NVC when are they gonna fix the problem, they said they have no idea. For me, its better to send than just waiting on something that has no definite answer. Keep you updated. Hope it will be fix sooner..

sayocean, do you mean ds 260? I couldnt do it online. IV fee had be paid first..

i already sent the IV package even though the payment is still IN PROCESS. it will take them 30 business days to review the package so i rather sent it..

Did you send the check the money order or check too? I have already send my IV packet last week but not yet the money order

the DS 260 will not be available if IV fee is not yet paid..

i dont have a transaction ID on my IV the receipt. NVC saying different things, one said that they are aware of the problem, others they dont know whats goin on.

Some suggest to send the check but others said just to wait until it is fixed!!!. very frustrating as there are no definite resolution to the problem..

I think that is the cause the problem. It is a glitch in the system. The one that I saw which is "IN PROCESS" had a transaction ID. It went fine. My AOS receipt had transaction id too while still in process.

I sent the payment also on Oct. 7, 2013 18:30. So we both hit the glitch, i think

can you check you receipt if you have a transaction id? I have check others but they have transaction id and it went through.

You have no transaction id too? Im still thinking twice of sending a cheque as NVC said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to process with the alternate payment..

Any suggestions to send check or moner order instead? or just wait? NVC doesnt know when can they fix the glitch.

Its has been the 9th days to now since I initiated the payment and still the payment status is "IN PROCESS". One thing I noticed on the IV receipt is that there is no transaction id. I believe this causes the payment not pushing to my bank. Called NVC and said that I can either send a check or money order, but i think this will take weeks to process.

Has anyone experienced this same situation?
