Hi, Im trying to fill up the I751 form, and since i dont have have a middle name, they automatically put .N. on the Acknowledgment of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center. (see attachment)

If there was someone else in my situation can you please give me an advice.

Hello i need some help with form I 751 :

Part I: Question no.9: USCIS Online Account Number - do i have to add the (in my case) IOE number?

Part 5: Provide information on all of your children: do i have to specify my stepson too? ,he is my wife's (the us citizen) son.

Also, considering the fact that my cr1 visa expires very soon, will they send me a new temporary card or do i have to go for a stamp in my passport?

and you think infopass has more information (ive read stories here about people having several infopass appointments for different issues and the ppl working there did nothing)

Hi, i ve been in the US since august 2015 and i still havent received the green card.

I called uscis several times, and the people working there are probably some of the worst (from hunging up phone to all kind of lies) - they gave me no real information and no updates on the production of my green card.

Here i am 11 months later and still havent received it, asking if theres anyone in my situation or if you were - how did you solve the situation.

They never asked for the 2x2 photos at the interview. But they said congratulations, that i got the visa. is there a problem, should i contact them?

hi, do i still have to pay the 160 $ interview fee for the visa interview? and if yes, i have to do it before (like people applying for a tourist visa), or will i pay at the consulate?

hopefully, we ll send our 130 file somewhere in January, but we want to be sure we have everything in order and as good as possible....so i have a few more questions for people that already applied (and got the visa) :

1. If my wife (the usc) changes her passport (because she changed her name) will that be a problem? because all the stamps are on the passport she has now.(of course we ll make copies but i dont know if uscis asks for the original)

2. money transfer papers - yes or no (for proof of relantionship)

3. the statements from family and friends (only from the us citizen side or the beneficiary s too?)

4. my birth certificate (the beneficiary) a copy or original?

and 5. if we apply in january, and there wont be any problems with out petition, how long until i have an interview (i know every case its different, but i keep reading about ppl getting their visas really slow, some way faster), so how much average time to get to interview - one year from the moment we apply?

Salut. Pentru cei care au luat deja viza cr1 k1 k3 , stiti cumva daca Uscis verifica locul meu de munca din ROmania? Eu muncesc la negru si nu as vrea totusi sa scriu unemployed pe formulare.

Vi s a cerut la interviu adeverinta de la locul de munca?

Hi, we re trying to complete the I130 form and we need some help from vj:

1. My wife was previously married And theres not enough space to write her full name used in her previous marriage and her full maiden name.

2. She has to write my adress in Romania, again no space to write full adress, because here we have what we call sectors (districts) and apt. Builiding number - do they matter or just the street name and number plus zip code are enough

3. Ive been employed for almost 6 years same place. Huge problem is i dont have a contract. (But i get payed)

What do we have to write - unemployed? And if i want to write my employers adress again not enough space.

Hi everyone,

My husband currently lives in Romania. we just recently married on 10/05/13. I currently live in TN,and im planing to move to FL soon in the beginning of Dec. Much like all of you who have a spouse overseas,want them here asap. So, I want to submit this paperwork in to the USCIS asap.

My question is this:

WHEN should I submit this paperwork? Should I wait till I get to Florida OR should I submit it now? Knowing im moving,and having it slow down the processes even more for a submission of a "change of address" form to the USCIS.

This is my first post here and i want to thank everyone on this forums for already helping me a lot.

Me and my wife (shes the american citizen) will apply for CR1 visa, either this year or in January 2014.

My question is : since she doesnt have the right amount for the affidavit, her parents will be the sponsors. im confused what form they have to use

i864 and 864A or just 864. was anyone in a similar situation, with 2 sponsor, that can help me fill those forms? thanks.
