  My fiance will be having an interview on January 21, 2014. However, they are requesting, Certificato Generale del Casellario Giudiziale and Certificato dei Carichi Pendenti. Can he obtain both of these certificates in Naples or the city he lives in which is Milan?
  
  The consulate sent him this email:
