Was the petitioner unemployed on the day completed and signed the I-864? Where did Consul see unemployment for a month? On the affidavit or on the tax return. I can't read minds. Tell me what the problem is and the full context of their request.

he is employed when he signed i-864. he saw it in affidavit's - attachment. consul want to know why he was unemployed asking for letter explanation.

petitioner is still employed.. still teaching.. i guess not really our lucky day during interview, consul can see the 2013 tax & we are ok..he was focused on that "unemployment" - so strict consul. he saw it from attachments we filed in affidavit.

from the petitioner - need to explain his unemployment for 1 month. he is a instructor in college so happened, no class for a month . He told me the union at college advised him to apply for unemployment, now it became a problem to us coz consul saw that "unemployment" & became a big issue on them..Now we need to explain it- can u help us how?

Help! anyone here happened to have a 221g, and consul asked for "Letter explaining about unemployment (for a month)" and how u do it? so stressed now.. TIA

try to call NVC..in our case, they told us to send/scanned birth certificate to correct it.

( in Part4 - i cant see any error, just thinking the #12 "I am currently on active duty in the US armed services" Yes or No - or should we leave it blank? )

Do you see where there is an actual item besides the X?? That is the checklist parts that need correction. So for the above email it was this:

But when you do the correction you need to redo the entire form, date and sign it. Then send all of the pages back to the NVC with the bar-coded cover sheet. Write your case number on the top right of every page. You don't need to send the evidence again, just the form, but it must be the entire new form.

I received through email yesterday I look at one more time as we go back for I 864 of my mother application as we believed we fill it up correctly those only applicable to us and the rest we put N/A but we aren't sure other things that they looking for on I-864 anyone can give me some input , how and what else they need thank you pal

I have 3 cases.. my two kids and wify

Checklist last dec 05 for both kids sent back overnight.. on last jan 7&8 case complete

For my wife checklist last dec 27 send overnight i just called two days ago and she said Is Not their system yet take 6-8weeks To process..

And i ask her what if my kids already have schedule for interview assuming early march would My wife can able to join with them

Part 1 - 1.b - 1.f should be blank ?

Part 3 - 1 YES , Blank Family members coz nvc said i am not allow in accompanying family members , right? so total is 1.

Part 4 - nvc said we need to correct this part too but i cant see where we made a mistake, is Part 4.12 - Military service, answerable by Yes or No, hubby marked NO .. so what is the mistake here? he is not in military. should it be blank?

Part 5 - How to count Sponsor's household size ( Me as the #1, Hubby#2, his dependent (child support) # 4 as 1 also.) #3 is If you are currently married, enter "1" for ur spouse BUT i am already d one in #1..and i have my son(another i864) and will do this too .
