but its been approved already i just needed to know after their forwarded it to NVC and no one really check on it or do the medical n stuff do they get expired?

When was this filed? There is a 20 odd year wait.

it was file 5 years ago and its been approved.. just she never bother to check on it.. n now they decided to see if its still open or its expired and they have to re file

If her sister is outside the US the I 130 may be

approved but that's 5th preference I think, this

process takes a while , nothing has expired.

Where does her sister live?

she live in philippines and its been approved and transfer to NVC but its been 6 month or so the petitioner never really bothered to call if theres a case number.. i guess my question is if you get approved on I 130 is theres time frame or do they get expired if you don't work on it or fallow up thru NVC

Just wondering if you guys have any idea about Schedule on Interview i Filed for adjustment of status and finish biometrics its been 1 month and i never received any letter when my interview will be i checked my status online on uscis site and they say that its ready for scheduling me for interview but i haven't received any for a month or so.. what should i do should i go to uscis site and file for never received document?

Your husband is adjusted from K-1, hence he( immigrant) is the only one who needs to submit G325A.

I-94 is now online and he can get it from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.htmt

hi there vj member me and my husband is filling for adjustment of status and getting all the requirements. my questions are.. do we both need to submit a G325A? also says here for k1 fiancee visa he need to attached the I-94 on his departure.. but my husband never received that when he arrived.. i thought all the paper wrk done when he get here but i guess we just begin lol thank you guys in advance....

If you know you are disease free and drug free, let them test what they want since they will find nothing.

It's a bit vague but it seems they look for STDs and possibly some other contagious diseases. Some say they look for drugs there but that is questionable.

I had my interview on February 25 and they said my visa was approved and give them 1 month to process my visa. When I sent an email they said that my case has been reviewed and enter to further mandatory administative processing. But my CEAC status still READY from the very beginning till now. I don't have any idea when my visa to be issued. I thought my visa will be issued in one month that's why I filed a resignation right after the interview because I need to notify my company 3 to 4 months prior to my resignation for them to find my replacement. Thank god my boss is very understanding and he allow me to extend till I receive my visa. Hopefully waiting is over and I'll get a good news this coming days or a week.

hi there how u been? how did u like oregon so far? anyways dos dnt accept call for k1 fiancee anymore n i called the NVC n they dnt have much info only saying its on AP.. inshallah soon my fiancee will received it from fedex soon

i don't know if its the same as Saudi Arabia.. but on us we fill out the DS-160 and print the barcode and go other site and print up a deposit slip to pay in samba bank.. and then send all that with my medical etc. to the embassy and after few they they received it. they emailed us for the date of our interview.. We got our NVC letter today and says (THE US EMBASSY OR CONSULATE WILL CONTACT YOUR FIANCE(E) WHEN THEY ARE READY TO PROCESS HIS OR HER PETITION. IN THE MEANTIME, PLEASE HAVE YOUR FIANCE(E) AND HIS OR HER CHILDREN VISIT CEAC.STATE.GOV AND COMPLETE FORM DS-160 TO APPLY FOR K VISA)

Does this mean that I have to go online and fill the D-160 and wait for them to call me? or I to continue and pay online and book an appointment. Because in UAE we have another website where we can log in and pay for the visa and book appointment. This is what happen to me when I applied for visit visa B2.

Appreciate your help and sharing experience regarding this
