Hi all,

our interview is on June 2nd at Mumbai. It was rescheduled as he has an exam scheduled here in the US.

Husband reached Mumbai today and has his medical on May 26th and fingerprinting on the 29th. He has no medical records with him. He called up the clinic and they said that is fine and he just needs four of the vaccinations, which they'll give him.

Also, we are preparing for the interview session. I asked him to read the following links and we did mock interviews. Our interview is in just 9 days. We are all excited and will let you know how it goes.

For our proof of relationship, we got some engagement & wedding photos, casual photos, skype logs, email logs, chat logs, travel proof.

I already sent our 2013 Tax info to NVC and sent my husband a copy of the AOS packet. We are hoping that the interview would go smooth. Wishing everyone good interviews and blessed life together.

I am also in Mumbai consulate..although my timeline says New Delhi..So mine could be in one of the Mumbai packages. Thanks for figuring this out!

In Transit, finally. The case status this morning changed to In Transit. Now let me go and track it as it goes to India. I wish I can go with it, too.

Mine also shows 'in Transit'. Is there another way for us to tack the packet other than ceac website?

Did you call NVC and check if your case file is in transit? Or check the CEAC case status page?

Was April 28th when you received the Case Complete email, or was that the actual date the case was completed. I'm just trying to get a better idea of how interviews are scheduled and if it only happens after the CC email is received or there is no correlation to that.

I called on April 28th evening and they told me the CC status. I asked them when exactly I got the CC status and they said that Friday the 25th my paper was reviewed. However, I did call on Friday evening and their response was allow 30 days for review.

So I am assuming sometime Friday 25th night I got the CC status.

I never got the CC email and I got the P4 letter on May 1st.

Got our interview date! JUNE 13th !!

!! That is our anniversary date !!

Today...WE GOT CASE COMPLETE!!!!

I just broke down now, crying my heart out, just got a checklist for birth certificate, that it's not original, that's the only original I have, don't know what to do.

Sorry to hear that....You should give them a notarized copy of the birth certificate. You can get it notarized in your local bank. Don't send the originals

Hi. Can we schedule an interview date prior to getting a case complete status?

The embassy only wants an appointment letter and DS260 confirmation.. We completed our DS 260 on the 8th.

I got the good news from my husband this morning. His i-130 got approved after 7 months and 23 days. Long wait time, but thank God for giving us the grace!! Miracles do happen! Keep the faith, for those waiting for approval. It will surely come!
