Hi everyone. I'm just done on my interview and it's approved. If like to ask if how to know if my visa is already there in to go. The consule says my visa is for pick up.. Since I signed up online. Then how to trace it? Should I pick up in to go branches or pick up in usem?

sorry but I have to ask you.. I've been calling the us embassy manila asking them if which schedule should I get since I book myself still one answer . It's up to me if I'll go for October 18, 2013. Pls tell me should I or go with the schedule that Nvc have me.. Sorry for this

So we finally recieved a case complete! However, a couple of weeks ago my husband found work at a restaurant but ended up having an accident due to the kitchen having wet floors with no protective rugs. The doctor said it's a lumbar strain but two weeks later and he still has problems standing for more than 10 minutes. We're going in for a consultation on Monday and he may need to go to a physical therapist for x-rays/therapy.

He can't currently work due to the pain but he says it's getting better. I read that the strains can take months to heal properly.

Will his back injury cause problems at the medical exam and with our approval? He also has minor scoliosis, could this have any effect on our case?

I thought the whole medical exam was just to check for transmitable deseases...please tell me if I'm wrong!

hi just want to give you answer yes it won't have any problem because I ask the dr that did my physical exam they are more conservative with issues in lungs problem. HIV too. If you will go to st. Luke's go there early morning . Like me I went there for 3:30am I got finish 3 pm. I did my medical for 1 day only. You just have to be there super early. Thanks

I called them again tonight. Still no interview date and again said that October scheduling is closed. Can I ask what your priority date is? Mine is Feb. 8th. Just wondering if anyones had a CR1 interview scheduled with a priority date after mine.

You mean $165. Yes yo can pay on the Elis site for USCIS. I believe you got the instrucions whe you got Visa. This fee is to produce your green card. No pay no green card is sent. You have a year to pay.

alright thanks for the info.. Also on my interview on 18 at usem do I need to prepare a sworn statement for my godfathers and godmothers that they witness our wedding and it is bonafide? Or pictures and western union receipt , wedding rings,wedding album, plane ticket That my husband used when he went here our plane ticket when we went to borracay and Palawan are enough?thanks again

. I don't know if I'm k3 all I know is I'm cr1. Sorry but how will I know if I'm k3? What else do I need to bring with me aside from the pictures and proof. Also I check ceac and it says there follow the instructions of Nvc. Does that mean I will cancel the one that I schedule?

Make sure your documents are complete before Oct 18 if ever you wanted to do that appointment.

Hi, what are those documents I need? Th Nvc will forward it to usem and I have copy of what we sent to Nvc. Aside from the proof what else should I bring?thank you in advance

Hi gabby thank you for the reply I called the us embassy already and the agent I talked to she's telling me it's up to me if I'll go. It's my discretion because if the us embassy interviewer didn't see my package there they will just send me home I'd like to take a risk but still I'm worried if my visa release might get affected . Pls help

Hi I'm Cristina from the Philippines. I have question anyone can answer. My concerned is I have 2 interview scheule. The october 18 and November 13, my mistakes because when I received an email from Nvc telling me that they received the docs for preprocessed I thought that's the time I should call the usem. On the email there's a link and I print it out . Saying preparation for interview . And there's note important call usem for registration of delivery address. So called when I talked to the agent her name is Stephanie she booked me for interview for October 18, 2013 come October 2 I received an email from Nvc telling my interview will be on November 13, 2013 so I called the usem again I asked them what schedule should I get. They just told me that it's up to me if I'll go for October 18 if ever I'll go for the interview and my papers is not yet there they will just send me home. I'm not sure if I'll go or just wait for November 13 but since me and my husband really miss each other were praying October 18 is lucky for us to have an interview. I would like to take chances. But guys do you think I'll go for the October 18? Does gonna affect my visa release? Pls advice Guys from your experience

Hi we have same problem . I scheduled myself for interview last oct. 1, 2013 for October 18 then come October 2 I received an email from Nvc telling me my schedule for interview is on November 13 now I'm confuse which schedule should I go to pls help also..
