    There is no age gap between the two of you it's just a few years so that will never be a problem. if you count your flight expenses etc it will never go pass the 2000

    You cant designate an amount. You have to pay what immigration wants you to pay. From k-1 to applying for an adjustment of status you are looking at $2200. There are other fees after that. This is not including fees for your wedding in the states. Age is not a factor. I am 10 yrs older than my fiancé.

    I would like to thank each one of you guys for the help, support, advices, sharing information! As of today I'm here to share with y'all that my case has been approved and that I'm so happy for that. God is good and can't lost hope and for those that are still waiting on a respond don't lose your FAITH everything in coming into place and God will take care this manner for the best result.

    Would there be anyone at the Direction General of Passports office who speaks English? Yes, theres oficials that speak english.----

    Should I make a visit to the Dominican Embasey where I live first? to get information? If you want, but not necessary...!

    let me explain something, because they are drowning in a glass of water: she must go to the office in your city Puerto Plata, right?? , having their legal papers and correct information .. Payment is normally around 35 to 40 dollars, but I recommend you pay the VIP service, which would be about 50 dollars, so that it is delivered the same day.     Ok I will tell her. She is not tech savy. I really don't think she knows what she is doing and It seems like I would have to come down there and do it for her.
