Bring whatever you want to bring to interview if you believe it will help your case.

I just have question regarding Green Card generation fees if it can be paid after interview approval at the consulate ? is the consular will offer that after telling principal applicant to pay visa issuance fee ? it can be paid by local currency (not USD) ?

Regarding the bona fide evidences shall i take all the evidences that i have (ohone logs,facebook and skype) or i will be fine by printing out the last and most recent logs if the above mentioned communication tools ?

We called NVC today and they confirmed that our case got COMPLETED today . Yaay ,and they asked us to wait for the interview date email .

Anybody knows how long it would take for that email to come through?

Hello Guys

We are Doing EP (Electronic Processing) for our case since it's eligible for that , we received a checklist for AOS on 20 Th March 2014 , and our lawyer responded to them by sending an email to nvcattorney@state.gov' on 24 March 2014 by sending them the corrected AOS , so we called NVC yesterday and the Agent told us that they did not receive anything , so is there any suggestions to know what happened , or shall we ask our lawyer to send the AOS again to them

We submitted the Affidavit of support along with DS-260 together on 28 Feb 2014 , but my stupid lawyer has committed a couple of mistakes on DS-260 as i was reviewing it couple days ago , i found 12 mistakes on that form , but the major mistakes are prior Visa applications that i have applied as he answered that question with No instead of Yes, and my address when i was 16 years old , as these mistakes are major and they cannot be justified at the time if interview so what shall i do in order to unlock that submitted DS-260 and correct the caught mistakes ?

I have seen some people saying that i have to wait 30 days after submission in order to call them and ask them to unlock it , is that true , or how i can submit a new DS 260 ?

Please advise

I have been reading in this forum as anonymous since march 2013 , and i became a member on october 2013 , so i would to tell everybody that Finally i got APPROVED after 9 months of waiting , it has been long journey ,Thank you guys and i wish the best for the rest of you .
