    Hello everyone! i just want to ask if my fiance can file for my petition by the end of the year or maybe early next year..he just got a job last august and we were wondering if he can already file for fiance visa. he didnt worked for how many months coz his father got really sick and had lots of surgeries. Thanks and hoping for reply.. Godbless.

      thanks for replying..yea we are wondering about affidavit of support..and we heard that they need one year of his income tax return..
