My partner isn't on the birth certificate Nick he couldn't come back for the birth he had already stayed his full 6 months here with me .... Hasn't managed to get back yet ... So without him being on that I can't do it correct? And only way I can get him on the birth certificate here is if he's here in person ... Still completely understood that that's the easiest best way to do ...

Hello there ... I'm a British citizen my partner is american, we have a child together, however she doesn't have american citizenship as I'm sure he needs to come over here and us do it here. I have two children from a previous relationship, I'm actually wondering how much it's going to cost roughly to be able to do all the visas etc and move over there to him, wanting to take our belongings too obviously have a 3 bedroomed house here. Just wondering if anyone has done a similar kind of move ...

Hello to all I am trying to get together everything I need to be completed for the k1 visa so as it will be all complete and ready to file when needed, I am in the uk my partner american ... I have two children that will obviously be coming with me but I am a little unsure as to what papers I need to file for them can't see the information anywhere I know they each have to have a visa of there own and have to be included on my I-129f but all else bar the evidence is a blur. If anyone has any advice for me would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou in advance.
