  1. I thought we clicked the appointment date shown and a calendar appeared.

We did see one date and we clicked continue but nothing happened.

    This is so frustrating.

God is good I finally got the date! !I hope everything will go smoothly. . I wsih everyone a success on theirjouyney !

what time yesterday? Oh my God i can't believe we miss it again. Huhuhu. Congrats to you.

  3. There are no co-sponsors with an I-864. There are joint sponsors and qualifying household members. Need some more information from you. Does your sister live with you? Do you have any income at all? Do either of you claim the other as dependents on their taxes? Is your sister married, and does she have any dependents such as minor children?

sorry for the wrong info i mean joint sponsor. Yes she live with me. I have an income but it is not enough for the 3 or us. No we don't claim each other but i believe she claim my mother and father as her dependent.

  4. Hi guys. Who is from cebu here? Can you tell me how many days you waited for your visa to arrived from the issued statues in the embassy website? We just want my fience to be here by our daugthers 2nd birthday... Hope for some to reply... Thank you...

  5. Good day guys. I just want some enlightment on how long will you wait till your visa will be delivered my fiancee is from cebu. We are just hoping that he can join us to celebrate our daugthers second birthday. Can anyboday tell me thier experience if possible those who are from cebu and just currently had thier visa delivered. Thank you guys.

  6. USCIS is only for the petition they has nothing to do with the visa application, only the embassy requires the financial information.

The co-sponsor and you both complete the forms and provide tax returns and W-2s

Ok thank you hank... i was even thinking og getting an atty because of our case coz we really want him here now... it's been a long wait already...

  7. Which tax return depends on whether you have filed your 2013 or not. ;)

Many suggest including the I-864 with the I-134, the I-134 is the required form but some have gotten positive results by having the I-864 also. It is just one more form so I don't think it hurts.

Is it me and my cosponsor that would have to file up that form? Do we need to send it in to uscis too?

  8. It might help to explain why your income was short, but don't know what the CO will think.

As for a co-sponsor they need to provide the same forms and evidence as you.

There is some info in my link, follow the flashing arrow below

USEM can be very unpredictable with accepting co-sponsors with the K-1.

And i forgot to tell you i went to school to last year... my fiances interview would be in the last week of febuary, are they going to look for the 2013 tax return or the 2012? And do you think the other affidavit of support the i-8 something would help us?...

  9. Hi hank,

I' m worried about our case because i can't reach the 125%... this year i will only earn 20k and all in all we will be 3 in the household... but the reason why i can't reach the minimum was that last 2011 i got pregnant with our first child and due to my pregnancy i need to stop working from fed 2012 to july 2012... my 2012 tax return was only 18k... and this year i went on a vecation for 2 months in cebu and that's why i'm short... do i need to make a letter stating this reason why i can't reach the minimum income? But my sister is willing to co sponsor my fience which she earn 60k+ last year she is an lvn... what other documents do we need to provide to prove that my sister is willing to help us out... she already have the i134 form, 2012 tax return, pay stub and back statement... what else do she need to give as prof?

  10. Here in PI once you got your case number from nvc you can schedule your own interview date by just paying the interview fee..and we can download the packet from the us embassy manila site.. those are just instructions of what to bring and what to do next.. so i paid already my interview fee and got my schedule :) how about yours?

Hi when did you schedule your interview date? Do you still remember what are the available dates? Thank you...

  11. NO!

    Hi Hank...

Hank i have a problem my fiance middle name was spelled wrong. I already correct this when i send my rfe but then aparantly they did not correct it... what would i do?

Hello Hank! Just a question or 2 to the expert - YOU, from me - a struggling novice. Our NAO2 date was August 27th. On Tuesday, October 22nd I was finally able to get thru to the NVC via the telephone and a man gave me our MNL # I am here in CEBU with honey Gina, and we will go to BPI on Tuesday October 29 to pay the visa application fee. My question is..... I did not notify USCIS or NVC that I am living here in Cebu for the next 6 months till April. Will they be sending any forms, or confirmation letters to my home address in Ohio which I listed on the 129F form?? Do they also send the same forms or letters to you via your email?? So far I have NOT received any emails from the NVC. Thanks for all your help Hank.

    I'm from cebu too... =)
