Does anyone received interview for Jan, 2014?

How many days since NVC received your IV/AOS/Checklist?..Just to get an estimate

Took around 25 business days to get this email.

Yes you are case complete.

The trend has been that they will issue interview date in the last week of the month to all cases that were completed by 20th of that month. means all cases completed by Nov 20th can expect their interview date to be assigned by next week for interview date in Jan

This is all based on past few months pattern. This could all change with the huge backlog that NVC is facing.

I got this email on yesterday means 21st. november. Seems to be difficult to make for Jan interview.

I received following email from NVC yesterday

"The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner
and attorney (if applicable) will be notified."

Does this means my case is completed and how long i need to wait for interview?

Today, I received IV fee invoice. Checklist cover sheet with following instruction. We already filled the DS-261. Do we missing here anything?

Hello everyone. When I logged in at ceac, on the iv fee, before it was showing not available, now it is saying not paid. When I click pay, there is $0 iv fee. I didn't receive any email from NVC saying that our choice of agent had been accepted. Anyone who experienced this? Thank you

Isn't ds260 you completed or the ds261 (choice of agent). I think you filled up the 261. Ds260 can only be filled up once the iv fee is paid and the IV fee gets generated only when the ds 261 is accepted. I can see from your timeline that you filled it up last sept 7. Hopefully you'll get yours this week because our ds261 was filled up last sept 13 and we were just able to pay it yesterday oct 4. Good luck and God bless

Typo.. yes, i am talking about DS261. Seems to be they prioritize 2012 cases and later 2013. Whats ur PD?

I have filed for my wife this April, 2013 and got approval on Aug 27, 2013. I received case number on September 5, 2013 and complete DS 261, Sent AOS and Fee $88 by 10 September. I called NVC today to check the status for DS-261 and get to know they required 30 business day to review DS-260. Its already been 3 weeks. Does it really take that much time for DS-261?

I called NVC today to check the status for DS-260 and get to know they required 30 business day to review DS-260. Its already been 3 weeks. Does it really take that much time for DS-260?
