I need help here about G-325A

My question is, Do I need to put already my married name in Family name (my USC spouse)? since we are already married or Do i need to follow still my name in my passport when I entered United States?

Korea and Thailand US consulates has different rules but in my understanding as long as she is legally residing and working in thailand she can do her interview there. As my experience I am a Filipina legally working and living here in Hong kong I had it done my Visa Here... good luck

according to my understanding 221g is telling you that you need to submit additional documents , if once this completed then they will give you the visa approval.

hong kong us consulate just sent me a letter stating that i need to apply for CENOMAR from philippines and NSO will directly send it back to hk us consulate, i just want to know if still necessary specially if I got divorced already? and I want also to know how long it takes to NSO to process plus shipping the certificate? thanks alot

My Fiance Jimena got approved 10 Mins ago in Bogota!!!!! I'm the happiest man alive right now. She was the 2nd one this morning and they only asked minimal questions. All paperwork was in order. Now on to the wedding...lol.

My fiancée had her interview today, and we were approved!!! She's on her way back from Guangzhou now, as soon as I get the details, I'll post a consulate review.

Call DOS!!! NAO2 8/22. Our apps are finally being received at NVC. No case number yet but should have by wednesday. Def a lot better knowing that they have arrived and we dont have to worry that they are lost. So all my August NAO2 friends call DOS 1-202485-7600 Shorter wait time and nicer customer agents

My fiancé's visa was approved this morning in Accra, Ghana!!!!!!! WE ARE ECSTATIC TO SAY THE LEAST! We are planning to apply in Philippines. I'm not allowed to apply in japan so I can't apply.

Even in the U.S embassy in Philippines do you think they don't need cenamor from NSO?

CENAMOR is just for single people who never been married before , so you won't need to get that . What you need to present to them is your marriage termination papers (divorce decree nissi) where is your recent residence country? your petitioner (US citizen) will apply the visa for you in USA not you who will apply. then once the petition approved they will send to the US consulate of country you are residing in.

My fiance mispelled my middle name in filed form to USCIS, he missed to put one letter. I saw it when NVC reply to my inquiry to them regarding my new case number. My fiance called NVC today and they told him that I can correct this matter to the US Embassy in my interview day just show them my complete original documents. I felt relieved from worrying.

on this site stated that Department of State or DOS is open. We just received our new case number yesterday from NVC

It will go to NVC, OURS NOA2 August 19,2013 , NVC got our case October 3, 2013 and they issued us new case number.

Which Embassy you will go for interview? Japan or Philippines? I think if you will do it in Japan they will definitely honor that

My divorce papers here in Hong kong which is also translated in English is the one we used filing our K1 visa, You don't have to get a cenamor in NSO from the philippines since you were married before already.

Oh about your passport Surname try to ask people who has the same, I will try to ask my friend what she did and I will tell you as soon as possible.

We received our NOA2 August 19,2013 for our K1 visa and We just got our case number yesterday October 03, 2013, when we called them after 2 weeks of receiving our NOA2 they said the same thing that it will take 8 weeks for them to receive our case.
