Our NOA1 was dated 01-Oct-2013 but I follow the September Filers forum because we sent out our package in and was received at the Dallas Lockbox late September.
Just to give you guys what the numbers look like for filers in the same boat as my fiancée and I are, attached are some screen caps of the Timeline Search that I did with the following filters: Visa Type : [K1], Service Center : [All], Beneficiaries Country : [All], Consulate/Embassy : [All], I129F NOA 1 After 2013-09-25, I129F NOA 1 Before 2013-10-05, Local Office : [All]This means that of the 46 filers who meet these parameters, 26% (twelve) have gotten their NOA2 applications. Nine were sent to CSC with an average rate of 25 days from NOA1 to NOA2; the other three were sent to TSC with an average rate of 27 days.
For those of us still waiting for NOA2, hang in there. Hopefully, we get it soon.
