Ok if they send me the ead card yesterday n is getting here Monday would somebody have to be home to sign for the package or do they leave it in the mail box? Please help out I need to know in case I have to find someone to stay home

How long did it took u to get It

I got my EAD card in the mail last Thursday i think. I'm not going to bother going to get my social yet. Our interview is tomorrow morning, and I feel horribly under prepared. We don't really have any more evidence than what we sent them already. Maybe a few extra bank statements but thats it. I'm starting to worry a little.

We don't have any current lease agreements, bills or anything together. We've been living with my wife's parents since June. Before that we had an apartment but didn't have anything in our name there. We were both on the lease but so were her parents because they organized the apartment for us to move straight into when we got back from Australia. So all our electricity and stuff was just under their name. I gave uscis a copy of the prior lease agreement and explained in a letter attached why they were on the lease too. But I'm just stressing.

Congrats n well than I guess mine will change anytime since we filled almost the same time hopefully

I was wondering the same thing since it's kind of annoying to go to the social security office (long wait and not always nice people), but it may take a while for the green card to arrive, I think it's always wise to get your ssn as soon as you can to get things moving. (I cant wait so I can legally change my last name on my drivers license and bank account and get a secured credit card to start building credit).

For some reason I put it in my mind that I would get my "EAD in production" update on day 61 and that's exactly what happened. Just got the text now at noon

Ok that sounds good I was just wondering since everybody gets then around the same time as others

Yup!! Got it today!! EAD and AP done...on to the ever elusive AOS. Praying something happens before I get too old.

Woow that's awesome man I filled the 23th receiving date and last week received my appointment letter n now am just hopping to get my ead card before interview..... What day in September did u filled

Same boat here....well, found out thru the USCIS website that my EAD is approved and being made now and should be arriving within 30 days....while my AOS interview is set for the day before Thanksgiving. I sent out my packet in September. best of luck to you

Gettin a little anxious still waiting for my Ead card I have a lot of job offers but no way of getting hopefully I get it before my interview

Last night I checked my status and was very happy doing so my appointment day is December the 12th........ Now waiting for the hard copy thank you lord

Oh my god just went online to check on my status and for my surprise this is what I found

I waited 57 days for my EAD, so yep, you need to keep waiting just a little bit more

Well my case went into testing and interview as of Monday hope I get my interview soon
