we are all in same boat.i submitted mine march 3rd.

Quick question for a friend.she has a two years visiting visa since 2014 and she never used it to travel,and now she plan coming down next month to spend few weeks bf the visa expires may 14th.

My question will she b admitted into the state or she should apply for another visa.

you where denied based on some information u did not provide right.same thing happend to me back then in 2013 because i did not present additional evidence during the interview,and it took them a year to send me letter of NOIR (Notice of Intent to revoke) or NOID (Notice of Action to Deny).so when i received the letter dwheels really helped me on how to go about.so all you need to do is wait and go true your 221G letter to find what is missing.

Am travelling out of US for an emergency which I may likely stay five mouths out the country.i have a two years conditional GC,do I need to fill a re-entry form before I live or I don't need it.

nigeriaorbus you are right,is not all that happens in a marriage a man need to say out.in my marriage am just like a slave,where my wife act as the husband and when ever i react she told me she will send me back to my country where i come from.we both live together in my country and she was not like this.but moving over here she is so different from the woman i have been with bf.i do two jobs and my wife keeps the money,bcos she told me that my duty here is to work and give her the money.my wife shops for me,i always plead to get $5 and when ever she want to give it to me she tells me that the money is for two weeks because i don't really have any needs.am not allowed to have friends or talk on phone.she come to my place of work to embarrass my co workers to stop them from talking to me bcos am married.and one day she told me that she don't care if am happy or not but all she care is for me to do what she wants,that over here women is charge lol.

My conditional green card may be a result of the age difference btw i and my wife.We got married 2011 and i enterted US last year.

My wife refuse to jointly file tax with me and am holding a temporary 2yrs Gc.i will appreciate if someone can help me with the step to take in filling the tax which may not affect me in removing my conditions only me.

Is your visa in your passport still valid? Then you shouldn't have an issue. If not, then you will need it .

yap just got into the country last week Saturday

I plan traveling outside US without my GC card but i have it stamped on my passport.

will there be any problem in POE without my GC card or do i need to file any form before leaving US?

When my hubby comes I will write my story but for now my story lies in my heart.

A journey i tut that will never come to an end has finally come to end. 2yrs of been apart now am going to unit with my hubby come this Sunday thanks to all VJ family,especially dweel. may the almighty God continue to bless you.one love to u all.

but the way it is now my passport is with the embassy

will i be a able to carry out the medical and police report with a photo copy of my passport

how much does a police report cost now.

am reasoning to you words now dweel and i see where is given my that problem.i remember the first and second CO asked me how i met my wife and i told them i met my wife in Nigeria and they were so determine to know her intention in Nigeria since she has no tie to Nigeria.an i explained but it seems they are not satisfied abt my explanation

to me i believe they wanted my medical and police to expire that is why i was put under A.P since it will expire in a months time,because i front loaded during my reaffirm level and i see no reason why i should be put under A p

i was put under the same situation like ur fiancee but my passport was retained and i was given a contact sheet to fill.i wonder how long is going to take them to approve my visa.

am sorry to hear that.mine was denied early march this years, but they have a good reason for that, to God be the glory another interview has been schedule January 2014 and my wife is going to be with me and she said she will turn the embassy upside down if they try that again. lol so i believe is not over yet lady.
