If i did wrong with her then why she is living with me ? why she is not getting divorce ?

I am sorry if my reply is not what you want to hear but first thing you say she does not want to leave you maybe she is afraid what will happen if she divorce in a pre arrange marriage. Maybe a prearrange marriage might work in some country but it is not gonna to work here. a girl is just not something you can hand off here .you say she is immature but have you put yourself in her place what will you do? you are force to marry someone in a pre arrange marriage

I'm not an immigration lawyer. However I heard that statement on some immigration TV show. I cant predict the outcome of the case. I cant be held accountable for anything done wrong with your case. It was just a statement I heard. The removing of conditions time is yet to come.

I also have heard something like this. If the petitioner divorces its doesn't have much effect. If your wife is the one that doesn't want to cooperate it wont have much effect. If you are the one that wants divorce it will effect you in a big run.

In his previous posts he is asking about divorce and then lift conditions... OP entered the US this summer but seems he is ready to divorce in order to file for ROC.. in that case you don't need your wife for ROC

If I divorce her and then apply for ROC so it will not count in misuse of Green Card ????

She is a US citizen and yes it was arranged marriage ! She does not want to leave me and I also does not want !

I am writing here with dis heart situation , I came in USA on CR1 green card and need to remove condition .

Now situation is that from very first day my wife is not cooperating with me in any relation . She said on first day that live your life as you want and let me do what I am doing . She spend her time on job and outside , go to outside in morning and come back in late night .

She is not opening bank account with me, not taking any insurance with me , even not taking joint lease in apartment and not interested to submit joined Tax return . I try to give her pocket money but she refused.

I married with her in good faith and we were happy but when she came back to USA after 3 months of marriage she suddenly changed.

I need good advice please and how I can prove good faith ?????????

yes ! it was arranged married and now she always say that i was not ready for marriage and i was agreed just because of my mother !!!

so what's my fault ??????? I still love her but cant tolerate her attitude that she goes out of home since morning till night and reply that everything is good between us and let it go as its going !!!!!

we dont talk , donot fight , we dont have any big issue like ( hurting , beating , any kind of police issue ) but i dont know what should i do ??

she does not reply me when i angry !!! but she does not want to listen me in peace !!

is it must to remain live on same address for future ROC process which used during immigration process ??

I got married in 2013 and came to US in Aug 2014 :

We have some misunderstanding in our country during marriage life ( in Pakistan ) with small issues which i did not realise that it will become big with time:

Somehow My wife did not tell me any thing and she did not stop my Immigration process when i was in my country :

When i came here , she suddenly started reaction as stranger with me , she did not talk to me , started job from morning till night : Got a ride with a guy for job place and when i asked her about that guy , she just replied he is my rider :

Well we talked together about it and almost fight ( verbally ) , after that she did not talk to me and said live as you want and live me alone :

we are living in same place but in different room ...she does not want separation nor divorce with me but said live as we are living ( like stranger ) :

I am in harder situation and don't want to leave her ...... i don't know what to do in future because i have a Conditional PR:

In that situation will i able to remove my condition alone while we are married ? this marriage was in good faith and i want to live as a good family husband :

She does not want to open joined bank account with me and may be does not want to file joined tax return in April 2015 ...

So what about the rights of Men ?? He turn down his job , family and every thing and live with her in US and after some time she said : I dont want to live with you without any reason ?

Should he need to go back ? Just because US women said i dont feel better ? Then why they get married form out side of US ? Why they dont get married in US ?

Men could not get married by force on the day of Nikah ? Then why they agree for Nikah ?

Just without any reason because they dont feel better ??

I know US laws but US women dont have rights to play with men heart .....Just because they are Americans

Actually he went to US on marriage basis 15 months ago and living as Conditional GC

Now his wife is not cooperate with him and do not wants to leave with him , their marriage was arranged and that time she did not want to get married with anyone....In short she was not ready for marriage because she was just 21 year old..

She did not open joint account with him nor joined tax return .. In short she just living with him in same roof only .

Also i want to add here that she doesnt have rights to give divorce to him , this is only my friends rites written in Nikah Nama ....

So what he can do to remove his condition on GC??? while he wants to live with her

Can he apply without her while they are still married and living in same home ????

If yes then what will be the rite path ?

I was approved Immigrant visa on July 15th, 2014, visa was Issued(printed) on July 16th, 2014. the status on the ceac website keeps updating the date and the status "Issued" remains, but I haven't received my passport yet! How long does it take for the US Embassy in Islamabad to send the Passport.

Passport always send by embassy within 2 days after visa stamp !

Visa print is does not mean that its stamp on your passport !

It will deliver when stamp and due to current situation may be they have some problems with printed visas which is taking time !!!

guess I was lucky - interview on the 15th, and CEAC updated on the 16th with issued (visa delivered by courier on the 21st (weekend in between)).

In 1995 , finger print process was valid ???

How immigration will recognized him if finger print was not done ?

Since same name is not a proof that he was in US !!! and that time passport was not machine readable and he made a new passport to leave the US !
