i did posted my problem here and no one help , every one say samthing diff to others !!!!! really is very sad my wife is so so sick and me too and consulat ignor me and her . im thinking to send letter to ambassdour here for meeting .

what do you think for this .?

im thinking after this to talk to humain right and cnn and others news for telling them how is very good this !!! i will tell them about how much pain we pay only because we love each other in one country did not belive for love .

i get today this from hosptel and they told me that they send same to consul

and they told me they try to make my lastof my wife wish become ture because she will die soon

im sure consul will close door on my face i know they dont belive for all this .

i really dont know what to do , if i go to consulat they will took my money and tell me no

if i say hosptel keep calling me what i can do tell me im so sick . i m here just because i know u all my familly i said to u you .

my wife call me and said that tomorrow doctor will give her sertifcat that i need to come see her befor she die

what do you thinking friends about this ? and her doctor was tell me in email that she will not live more then 3 month ; but she dont know this because cancer is stage 4 or 5 .

all know that i married my wife from 2009 and we get denid and 2 times too , my wife had cancer i take her here for redoitherapie and chimo after 3 month doctor say that all what we have here in my country can't help , she is now in usa in hosptel for cancer doctor say she will die in 3 to 6 months and i only watch her on skype dieing .... very bad feeling consulat close door on my face and i really want go see her befor she die . i really dont know what i can do .

So you got a lawyer to refile your petition (I gather a I-130). Why didn't he just follow up on your denied petition. You would have had better lick and probably be at 2nd interview and done by now. Now you have a new petition starting all over again. and you have no idea why you were denied but what you said about her one visit?

Well all you can do is wait it out dear. I would follow up on your denied petition and see where that is however. Another member did just what you did and they were reaffirmed on the denied one after they also filed a new petition.

So if you were denied at interview that would mean your petitin is being sent back to USCIS for review to reaffirm or revoke.

The timeframe means nothing if you mis-filed. If you just filed another petition do you realize they can deny you for the very same thing they denied you before.

So please answer our questions so we can better asdvise and help you. Good luck.

im from morocco , i marreid american citz , we did befor process and we got refus , my wife now she lived with me here and she got her residence and morocain id , we start papers now agine and our lawyer asked us only to pay 497 dolor , and to send him 6 pics of me and 4 for my wife .
