Hi all, I filed for my ROC with the Vermont SC in May 2016. I've seen threads on here before saying that the one year extension has been interpreted by immigration officials as one year from the Green Card expiry OR one year from the filing date on the extension letter. I'm travelling out of the country in May - should I book an Infopass appointment and get a passport stamp already? Just in case when I fly back immigration officials think my letter has run out in May... 
 
Also, any tips for getting the Infopass appointment? I live in NYC, and it says there are no appointments available?

First i would like to thank every one here to share his experience that make benefit for all of us.
Today i got email from NVC said that my case was complete (F2A)....
I called NVC and operator tell me the case approved from oct,5 2013....
i would like to know this mean that my case already transfer to embassy or it still in NVC....?
How i can know the average interview schedule time for US embassy in egypt.,,,,,?
