The number is 1-703-439-2313. You'll have a choice of spanish or english, then choose immigrant visa selection. The problem is that it is automated so i eventually managed to hit a selection to speak to someone, but they just told me i had to wait for the packet 3 letter to arrive. Hopefully you'll have much better luck. I had my fiancee try for the mexico number but with the same results.

They said it was sent on July 11th. 3 weeks is rather ridiculous a wait for it to gothrough the postal service. Obviously no tracking information. I hope you get your packet 3 quicker than we do. Best wishes!!!!
