Of all the cases I have been researching I have it at about 2-4 business days.... depending upon the day and time it switches to "Issued".... if it switched to issued today (early enough) I'd say Sat or Mon... Tuesday at the latest.... for Visa in Hands...

Call to consultorios de visas, ask if they sent the results to the embassy, if at consultorio de visa tell you that they sent the results to embassy. Then send the passport.

Dont wait that the embassy will call you asking for passport, just send it when at consultorio de visas tell you that the results are at the embassy.

Thanks so much for your reply. Eunice said like three weeks ago that they were going to send it. So i will tell mother n law to deposit the passport.

congrats Pazram! hope everything is coming along great and quickly!!! as for us not so good, confused sort of. do you have an email for Eunice? I called her when we hit the nine week mark and she said everything was fine and it was to be sent to embassy but it has been like three or four weeks since then and they havent called or anything, not even asked to deposit the passport. can you tell me how was the process and timing for you after the nine week mark? Congrats again!

thanks GOD TB result of my fiance are NEGATIVE...i received an Email from EUNICE URENA from consultorio de visa and she told me the result were sent to the CONSULADO....i have to give thanks to all the people that help with any information about it. SPECIAL Thanks to ENIGMA23 FOR the research she made about this infection.

now i have to wait the consulado call back telling us to deposit the PASSPORT TO DOMEX.

I called to the consulado but we know the slow process they have to work...they told me we have to wait from 3 or 4 weeks until they enter the result in the system...that is ridiculous.

im so happy and at same time im mad...

Your Mother(in law?) should have received the results call by now... It gets updated through the Consultorio de Visa first.. not on CEAC or via the Embassy.

After it is received it gets sent back to the Embassy that can take up to two to three weeks for the Embassy to receive it.

Then once they get it they say up to six more weeks for visa to be issued.

I hope and believe they pad the times so that we don't drive them crazy calling while they finish up... I believe the Petitioner can call the CDV directly and ask for the results or the Beneficiary can.

Yes tomorrow is nine weeks. Up untill yesterday it was lasttouched on may 02 and said AP, today it says it was touched may29 still AP.

DONT KNOW IF THATS GOOD OR BAD, she hasnt recieved any calls from the embassy.

Do you know how it plays out after the nine weeks? Do they contact us? Or send straight to the embassy if all negative?

Enigma23 we are already in week 7 and ceac still on AP last time that was touched was April.11 ,We are so stressed :,(

Si, Tu iba a cita normalmente y cuando los resulatdos llega ellos mande los resultados al embajada.. Si los resultados son TB negativo ellos processar la visa como tu no perder un dia...

That means she wont be approved at the interview bc they wont have the results untill 9weeks? Or do they sometimes have the results eairlier? What do they tell the person at the interview then?

Thanks ppl! The doc told her not to worry that it just something that has to be done, to go to her cita on the 16th with no worries. So lets see! Another question: are there any fees that she needs to pay the day of the cita at the consulado? Or is it just domex?
