I was wondering if someone could help me with a few certains and questions..

My aunt owns a restaurant in the US and she wanted to petition for a few people (families ) that livea in jamaica to come and work in the restaurant. ..what are the forms ,documents and requirements to go about doing that?

And what is the process like..does a visa like this take long to process ?

I have a question for my visa journey family and friends.

so my father whom is here in the US is a permanent resident and would like to file for his son that is in Jamaica(my brother) to come to the US but i was told by others that pictures is a must to send in the i-130 form..we have pictures with him and i and my other two sisters.pictures of him and my cousins and my father mother (my grandmother) he even have pictures with him and his ex wife (my mother) but no pictures with him and his son....yes he did visit his son back home numerous times but didn't take picture.my father just dont like taking pictures and he didn't know it would be required now..can anyone please advice us on what to do in order to not get denied

my father is in the process of going for us citizenship and i would like to know how long would it take to bring his son here ...are reading the requirements for bringing a us citizen son i see that it says Fathers petitioning for a child born out of wedlock must provide evidence that a parent/child relationship exists or existed. so other than a a birth certificate do they need any other evidence?

okay so ...if my father go and get his citizenship ..how long will the process be?and the same requirement as to the permanent resident?

I have a question about the filing process for adjustment of status.I would like to know much is the total fee for the I-485 and I-765 if filing together?

I would also like to know if I get married with the 90 days, does that also mean the adjustment of status have to be filed within the 90 days as well?

My fiance interview was oct 28th and was issued Nov 14th and it was ready for pick up nov 18 in the evening so he went to pick it up nov 19th

hey just want to say be prepared for a journey with this filing..it takes patience and support from your fiance and love ones but also know that visa journey site is here as support as well.....with that said u have need Documentary Proof of Having Met in Person in the Past Two Years and an Ongoing Relationship....so if u just seen your fiance once,i would recommend going back to see him another time and take and while there take photos with his family and friends ....good luck !

My mother citizenship ,I was underage when I reach my citizenship through her so she just went to the post office and got applied for my passport

I'm in the process of filling out the I-134 affidavit of support and for the question about us citizenship ....I am a US citizen through my mother however she never applied for the US citizen certificate...so I don't have the citizenship number so can I photo copy all pages of my passport like I did for the I-129F?

Yeah I know she will be the co sponsor so which affidavit of support do I full out?and her 2 previous tax return transcript ,job letter and bank statements is good enough?
