I think this is normal, I've read a few threads where it changes from Ready to AP and then a few days later, it goes from AP to issued. I'm sure you're fine. Best Wishes!

My fiancee recently had her K1 interview in which she was approved! Her passport was collected at the embassy and she was told to pick up her visa in a week from a different location. When we tried to pick it up she was told it wasn't ready yet and to check back another day. I decided to check the case status and it changed from READY to AP. Is this normal?

I was wondering how long do you have to enter the US after receiving k1 visa, I've 3 months and 6 months, which is it?

We got the approval of NOA2 on the 12th of September but we got the mail on the 16th of September.

We've been calling NVC but until yesterday they didn't receive our case yet should we be worried?

What should we be doing now? should i follow the date 12th or 16th?

It will take you around 6weeks especially from the CSC. They take longer in california

NOA2 was august 27th and got my NVC case number today

jUST CALLED AND RECEIVED A CASE NUMBER!

I have the same NOA2 date, I'm about to call!

It seems that CSC are quicker with approval than other centers but things slows down after that. Either way it needs to hurry up!
